felt like a high school residence not like a hotel.
We stayed before in two other HM hotels and loved it. We booked HM Dunas Blancas - but it was more like a school residence than a hotel. 95% of guests were around 20 years old if that, the corridors were noisy at 1 a.m. with groups of guests shouting as they walked down, the bedroom next door was noisy also past 1am, the room was poorly maintained, with vinyl flooring coming up and a toilet so small that you can't close the door behind you. The wifi was so bad that you could not have a meeting over it at all! we were given another wifi and advised that it would be better but it still stalled during the meeting. - so do not book if you need to do any work.
On the positive note the staff were great!

Bad experience, bad service. Too noisy. I would not recommend this place.
Bad experience
Security wasn't friendly, the cleaning staff didn't clean our room properly (in fact, they didn't clean it at all), and there were many issues with our room for a 4-star hotel; it wasn't worth the price. Furthermore, this hotel attracts a lot of young people who party, drink, make noise, and are even naked in the lobby.
Great place to stay!
We had an event near by and this was the perfect location for the weekend. We had everything we needed and everyone from the staff was incredible

Will come back - great stay there absolutely loved the where the hotel was located. So close to the beach! Great staff!!
