It has everything you could need for relaxation, with a fresh water swimming pool, a solarium-terrace, gym, steam bath, hydromassage bath and the wellness centre with a range of different treatments. *In compliance with Decree Law 1/2020, of 17 January, against excess tourism (BOIB no. 10 of 23 January 2020), the All Inclusive meal plan includes all meals, snacks, non-alcoholic beverages and three alcoholic drinks at lunch and dinner (with a choice between house wine and beer). All other alcoholic beverages are subject to an additional charge.

On arrival perfect , arrived at room no air conditioning, broken chair on terrace, and black out curtain broken big hole in it , all sorted in the end , but simple issue like this should not happen in a 4 star hotel , pool staff 5 stars , restaurant staff 5 stars , but 6 stars to the lady who served the drinks at the front of the restaurant, she was always happy ,kind and polite , ( give the lady a paye rise , every cleaning maid was polite , pool area requires updating not all but many umbrellas where well in need of replacing and some of the sun loungers where left hanging around when they should have been replaced , a little more effort and you might get 4 star plus ratings, this review is in no whey stating that I didn’t have a good time , I had a very good time and would return ,

Wonderful Hotel in Paradise
Absoutely amazing Hotel, we had a great stay (4 adults). Thank you so much to the team here for all your hard work. Breakfast was just the best plus lots of variety at lunch and dinner catering to our vegetarian requirements. There seems to be a lot of German guests at this hotel and around the location which did not bother us at all. Although I was not expecting so much smoking and vaping around the pool. We had 6th floor rooms which were lovely for the view and close to lift although at times lifts did get busy. Beach was just a few steps away, an all round excellent place.

From check in to checkout service was very good. All staff friendly and helpful. Location good. Excellent choice of food.
Hotel Riu Bravo (Playa de Palma, Mallorca) – Excellent all-inclusive stay with standout service and convenience
We had a really enjoyable stay at Hotel Riu Bravo. The staff were genuinely the nicest we’ve encountered on a holiday—friendly, helpful, and consistently attentive without being overbearing. From check-in through the restaurants and pool areas, everyone made the experience feel welcoming. The all-inclusive food offered good variety. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets (plus themed options and live cooking stations) gave us plenty of choices, so meals never felt repetitive. There was a solid mix of local and international dishes, and quality held up well throughout our stay. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, which made coming back after a day out or by the pools always pleasant. The location is excellent: just a short walk (around 200 metres) to Playa de Palma beach, with easy access to the promenade, bars, restaurants, and transport links. You’re close enough to the lively side of the area while still being able to enjoy the hotel’s facilities. Overall, a strong choice for a relaxed all-inclusive break in Mallorca. We’d happily return.

Tired hotel rooms & expensive drinks
We stayed as a family of 3 room was not really that big, it was clean but paintwork etc was tired. Needed a mirror/dressing table in bedroom are with more plug sockets.
Hotel staff mostly friendly but hotel was geared to German holidaymakers not English and we felt a little uneasy with this. We booked all inclusive but it wasn’t all inclusive (ripped off) only one of us drank alcohol and ended up with a EUR160 bill upon check-out. Only included drinks were soft, tea/coffee and 3 x wine/beer with evening dinner. These were served in tiny wine glasses. Very disappointed overall won’t return to Majorca !
