Ideally situated only 100 m from the wonderful fine sandy beach, this excellent holiday hotel enjoys a fantastic setting in a quiet part of the renowned tourist resort Playa de Palma. The centre of Palma with its picturesque old town, the famous cathedral, museums and exclusive shops can be easily reached by public transport. The airport is just 10-minute drive. All the modern and beautiful rooms guarantee a good night's sleep and a pleasant stay. The hotel boasts a beautiful pool area surrounded by shady pine trees. Children are taken care of in age-based clubs and there is a children's pool and a playground. Adults will appreciate the broad offer of sports activities, ranging from tennis to all kinds of water sports. After a long active day, the spa centre is perfect to relax. Limited All-Inclusive Service: during meals (lunch and dinner) a maximum of 3 alcoholic beverages per client is offered. Among the meal services, alcoholic beverages are charged. All other food and non-alcoholic beverages are kept on an IT basis.

Brilliant hotel.
Stayed here with friends for 4 nights. So many positives about the hotel ~ great location near airport, beach and many bars etc, lovely rooms with great toiletries and cleaned to a very high standard, comfy beds, amazing staff, plenty of sun beds, great Wi-Fi, lovely cold deep swimming pool, but mostly I thought the quality and choice of food was really excellent both at breakfast and dinner time. The dining staff made sure there was always plenty of food amd was constantly cleaning the areas. The air con could have been a bit colder and the usual bit of noise could be heard between adjoining rooms, but that’s the same with most hotels. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel, it really did make our holiday great.

Great Place -- Grate vibe
Overall an excellent experience -- This is by far one of my favorite place -- Location is Spot on! -- but what rely made the difference is the Staff attention to details - I have to say that my wife and I especially enjoyed Martina level of expertise and candor - Hope to come back soon -- !!

Back to our 2nd home
Back again to Cristina, as soon as we walk into reception, it feels like we are coming home. Welcome cava on arrival and helpful receptionists really gets you straight into your holiday!
Unfortunately, not as lucky as last year to get our room at 10:30am! It was ready by 14:50, so can’t knock it. Family pool room, as expected, though we did book the room next door on the book your room webpage, but we got an email a few days before, saying the room was now unavailable, they could offer the room next door, which wasn’t an issue.
We weren’t sure about coming back to Cristina, but once we heard there was a new animation team, we decided to give them another chance. Glad we did, a new team headed up by Arnold were amazing and so attentive. Patrik has really grown into the role, having last seen him 2 years ago. He makes bingo a must do event, really pulling you in! We enjoyed many activities – sjoelbak, tie dye t-shirts, aqua aerobics, sangria making, along with a new activity painting with Olga, this was amazing. Only thing we’d change would be to have darts more regularly and as an animations event, as we found this is how guests, interacted together and made friends from all over the world.
We have to thank the bar staff and restaurant staff, for the most amazing service, you never wait long to be served. This has improved so much! The staff are amazing and are a real credit to Iberostar, to name but a few – Bamba, Raul, Jefferson and the amazing Daniel! Pilu and the other lady at the Pool Bar are also very efficient and friendly. This is why we return year after year with such amazing staff!
The little popups around the bar, for food themes were a welcome addition. Mexican and Spanish snacks and drinks for all.
The Star Café as I said last year, is a welcome addition, and a great option if you miss breakfast.
The restaurant as mentioned above the waiting staff, were very efficient. However, there was a lot of pork! In fact, one night I counted 4 pork dishes!! This gets a bit boring, please more chicken dishes. The variety fell a bit short this year, and if you were all inclusive, was very samie at lunchtime. What needs to happen, is more snack lunch options in the restaurant, like toasted sandwiches and wraps, not last nights leftovers. The quality whatever the food is, is always high. The lovely ladies on the mini bar in the restaurant, always smiling, whilst giving you your All Inclusive Limited – Cava/Wine/Beer.
The cleaners have a hard job, with a constant turnover in such popular hotel it always appeared full. However, the standards had dropped with our cleaner this year, also missing the little extras, like towel shapes etc.
Late check out is only available if at all by asking at reception at 10.00 on your checkout day, this should be 22:00 the night before, as trying to organise your family/luggage, when you have no idea, if you have a late checkout is very difficult.
I finish on the 2 graduate managers Lucie and Martina, happy, smiley, always involved either in the restaurant or around the hotel. Any issues, they sorted them and were a breath of fresh air. I so hope they stay on for another year!
We hope to return, but Iberostar do like to hike their prices, with the latest flash sale showing a 15% increase on 2026 price, which is unreasonable.

Relaxing September Holiday
Location was perfect for us...close to the beach and a short taxi drive from Palma. The atmosphere was friendly and happy. Our room was spacious for two and spotless. The beds and pillows were sooo comfortable. Great value for money. Whole hotel was spotless, from the rooms, to the pool area and toilets. Hotel very quiet at night. Service from all staff was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We had everything that we needed for a brilliant holiday. We will be back.
