Fab experience as always
This is the 6 th time we have been back to this hotel so this says it all and we are travellers 🙌 Great value for money in a great location fab breakfast comfortable rooms staff amazing 🤩

Great relaxing break
Lovely Hotel tucked away in a quiet suburb, beach is literally a 3 minute walk at the end of the road. The beach is a lovely small cove with a great little beach bar that serves food all day and open until late.
We were on half board for 5 nights, the breakfast selection is very good, hot and cold options. The Evening meals were good but if your staying longer than 5 nights i think you would find the menu too small and repetitive. Vicente in the restaurant of an evening was brilliant, so helpful and attentive, he really looked after us in the evening.
Palma cathedral and old town is about 15 mins away by taxi and on a good run cost's approx 18 euros.
Overall a lovely hotel to unwind and chill out, with a great snack bar servicing the pools during the day until 6pm

Great spot for a lovely break
We stayed at Tacande in June, only for 3 nights at the end of a family holiday. Having stayed at the hotel previously I knew how good it was and that I wanted to return.
The value of the stay is amazing. The hotel is in a great spot, rooms are clean and modern, breakfast offering is good and the pool area is amazing! All of this for a fraction of some of the other hotels in the area.
Location is great. Easy walk to Portal Nous Marina and connections to other parts of the island via taxi. At the bottom of the road is Bendinat Beach which is a lovely spot with a great beach bar, would recommend a visit.
Staff also really take this hotel to the next level. They are all super friendly and attentive, willing to assist guests however needed. We had a slight problem with our first room (noisy neighbours upstairs), the ladies on reception were really helpful and even managed to find another room for us to move to, to prevent the problem occurring again, despite the hotel being very busy. Which was much appreciated from us both.
Having been to the hotel a few times, I would definitely recommend staying here on a visit to Portals!
