The newly refurbished Tomir Portals Suites is conveniently situated in the centre of Portals Nous, overlooking the beach of Costa d'en Blanes and the Mediterranean Sea. A number of shops, restaurants and bars can be found in the surrounding area, and the sandy beach is also only steps away. The fashionable marina of Puerto Portals with its luxury designer shops and upscale restaurants is within a short stroll. The popular hotel offers renovated rooms and Suites, sleeping up to 4 persons. Great choice!
Great location very handy to get to palma nova on local bus , easy walk into portals itself , opted for junior suite , very spacious modern, 2 balcony’s , beds were so comfy , decent size bathroom with powerful shower, pool area fab, good size pool and not to deep and such a lovely temperature, breakfast enough choice and tasty , along with food during day, lovely rooftop bar area , all in all a fabulous stay, would recommend and told return , only negative was no mattresses on sunbeds, did pay for Bali bed, don’t bother, so uncomfortable

Beautiful spotlessly clean hotel in great location
Had a fabulous time with family & friends for a 5 day break at this hotel. All the staff at this hotel were super friendly. Breakfast was excellent and the cocktails were good too. Our room was a junior suite it was very spacious with two balconies a great view towards the harbour. Hotel location was perfect for the harbour and the little beach at the end of the harbour. The rooftop bar is really cool with live music on certain evenings we had a sax player who was great. Loved my stay here will definitely return to this lovely hotel.

Beautiful hotel,great breakfast and the kindest staff.
The most fabulous and gorgeous stay at Tomir Portals. The hotel it self is stunning,so smart and clean. Delicious buffet breakfast each morning,so much selection and variety. The pool is lovely and pool bar has a wide range of cocktails and drinks. The staff are amazing at this hotel,everyone is so polite,helpful and respectful. In particular Uri on the bar,Viktor who helped with our luggage and Maya on the front desk. So many more but these are a few who really stood out. Our room was a junior suite as there were 3 of us travelling on our girls trip. It was a great size room. Short walk down to the most beautiful marina and fancy restaurants. We all said how impressed we have been with our stay and would 100% return.

Wonderful
Myself and husband stayed 9 nights in May 2025. We stayed in junior suite with sea view. It was clean and spacious. All staff so helpful and kind. Food excellent, best breakfast ever. 10 minute walk to village of Portals and to Mariba. Easy to get bus to Palma Nova and Palma, stop 5 minutes away near marine land. Going again this August and so looking forward to it.
Return visit to Tomir
Spent 12 nights at Tomir and had a lovely holiday. Had stayed previously in 2019 and decided to return.
Had a good stay but did have a few niggles this time, there is now 7 Bali beds at the pool which take up one whole side of the pool area leaving very restricted space for other sunbeds, as a result the beds were all crammed together into the remaining space.
By mid morning, there was usually no spaces left as there seemed to be more guests than beds.
Breakfast was fabulous as before but food menu during the day had very limited choice and was expensive. Bar prices expensive too.
Room was bright and well furnished but maid service was a bit disappointing, cream/milk not replenished. Floors sticky even after the maid had just been.
We had a nice stay but I did feel that standards were not as good as before, perhaps due to staffing levels.
Manager was delightful as always, always friendly and chatting. He is a credit to the hotel.
