tl;dr we won't return again mainly due to noise/sleep issues. There are many small annoying things, everything depends on what you find important.

Room - worst (1/5)

Rooms - a bit worn out/old. Tiled floors. Biggest issue is noise/sound isolation - if above neighbour was dragging the chair on the floor it would sound as if they were doing it in the same room. For some reason neighbour from above was doing it constantly, so we basically were following their sleep schedule, otherwise we would be woken up.

Similarly, you could hear when neighbour start water.

I do believe there are rocks in water pipes - when someone flushes the toilet the sound is if something has fallen. At first we rushed to the bathroom thinking something has fallen from the shelves. You can imagine how "fun" is to wake up at night due to this noise.

Beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. I think those were wire-mesh beds and they were squeaking on every move.

Cleanliness - 5/5

Regular cleaning, all good.

Smoke - 1/5

For the smaller pool the hotel has created great isolated area for smokers.

However, that was not the case for the bigger pool - swimming you would often get cigarette smell - absolutely terrible experience. I don't know if it was actually not allowed, but not enforced or generally allowed.

Similarly, smoking on balconies was allowed - meaning if you had a smoking neighbour (we had), you could not open the door as your room would get cigarette smoke. Nor stay much at the balcony.

All-inclusive-ness - 2/5

Drinks - cocktails are a joke, basically some syrup with some alcohol. Simple ones like Sangria or rum+cola were fine. And then they have "extra" menu where you buy other cocktails like Aperol which (surprise) are nice.

Food - there is grill station where you can get freshly cooked food like pork meat. The restaurant would normally be open for 2 hours for the meal (dinner/lunch), but regularly after 1h it would be already closed running out of ingridients. I'm confused why it's limited provided it's simple meat/fish not some super-expensive meals.

Don't understand why soft drinks dispensers are not self-served at bar. If you just want a cola - you still need to queue and ask staff to get you the drink. The machine is there, you just can't access it. Just turn it and make it self-serve.

Also confusing why coffee machine is working for breakfast, but turned off for lunch/dinner. You still can ask coffee at bar, but why it can be self-served ?

Same for soft drinks dispensers - they are available for lunch/dinner, but "closed" at breakfast.

And separate medal goes to soap dispenser in bathroom - you have to push it like 5-7 times to get a couple of drops that you normally get from a normal soap dispenser. From the first day we just went and bought our own soap to not have to play with it.

Those are not huge issues, but generally show "cheap" attitude.

Food - 3/5

You won't remain hungry, there are different options. Generally mediocre (to my taste). Sometimes there would be multiple things I'd find tasty, sometimes none.

Location - 5/5

Great location, stunning views.

Staff - 5/5

Staff always positive, polite and working hard.

Lovely relaxing holiday again. View from the sun beds a delight and swims in the sea out the back of the garden very soothing. Hotel food at every meal excellent. But above all the staff were superb.
