These wonderful apartments are located in Santa Ponsa, less than 20 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca. The property lies in an enviable location within 450 metres from a fabulous sandy beach and within ease of access to numerous local bars, restaurants, souvenirs shops and the closest golf course within only 2.5 kilometres from the hotel. Those who wish to explore the island and its rich culture may appreciate proximity of motorway entry. The hotel offers ample and bright units, each of them featuring gorgeous Mediterranean style including separate dormitory, living area with fully-equipped kitchenette and modern amenities. The hotel boasts several 3 outdoor swimming pools and wading pool for children. Patrons may have a refreshing drink at the shaded terrace, while the youngest ones may enjoy entertainment programme tailored for them or romp for hours at the children play area.

Mostly good but a few hiccups
The hotel was nice, the pools are great for smaller kids and the entertainment was good (though there is nothing on a Sunday night) what let the hotel down was the sunbeds - there just weren’t enough you were lucky to get one. Also we had a late check out and the showers in the late check out were closed so we had to shower in the cold showers by the pool which was very difficult with little children.

Stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, apartment it’s self was fine only down fall the air con unit being in the bedroom so at night the living area were sofa bed was got really warm, cleaners were great that was possibly the highlight of the holiday a clean apartment everything else wasn’t so great.
We were all inclusive and it is the worst resort I have ever been to when food is concerned I’ve heard they are stopping the all inclusive next year so felt maybe there wasn’t any need to have a high standard or even a standard at that, very very poor for kids and flys landing on stuff the buffet area was absolutely boiling hot and one night raw chicken! Things served at lunch carried on to dinner time apart from one or two different things really poor
Pools are great! Apart from the smallest pool has a lot of what looks like paint flaking off the floor so when you come out you are covered in all this flakey white stuff and one pool also has a very weird smell from the water no idea what is was
Sunbeds- need to have some sort of another arrangement for this absolutely not enough to go around some broken and the majority of parasols broken and bases too I had to go and buy a parasol.
Daytime entertainment - fun for the kids Nighttime entertainment - could bore you to sleep
Overall I would not return and for the price I paid I wished I had went somewhere else but having not been to Santa Ponsa before this seemed like the best place to book but sadly I won’t again and don’t really recommend just because of price your paying.
It's like a jail after 11
Ok I really think it's mad how they think they can hold people hostage at night. I tried going for a walk around 3 in the morning like I do when I can't sleep but they stopped me. It's not a jail. I did pay a lot for this holiday like and to make it worse everything is shut down in here after 11 r half 11. Now there is 1 r 2 good things like pool and some guy that dose games with kids. His very good but I won't come back. I like my freedom can't have it here
Amazing
Was unsure what to expect at this hotel as it has mixed reviews but safe to say my 3 boys had an amazing holiday rooms a bit living area a bit small but huge bedroom in 1 bedroom apartment the cleaners are amazing clean fresh towels everyday and room cleaned there were no wars for sunbeds. The entertainment team are amazing and something on every night for kids apart from a sunday the ladies at the reception are so warming and very friendly pools are great and even the bar staff are amazing food was good and lots to do within walking distance amazing holiday would defintly return

Ok
The hotel itself was okay overall, but there were quite a few issues that would stop me from returning.
The rooms are quite small if you’re staying in a one-bedroom apartment, particularly the living area. The bedrooms were a decent size, though. The bathroom was also very small. Unfortunately, the shower tray and the area around the plug in our room were filthy, with dirt that clearly needed a really good clean and bleach. The shower tray was also spongy and uneven, which didn’t feel particularly safe.
We also found ants in the kitchen worktop area, especially around where food was being prepared. This wasn’t pleasant at all, and the kids kept saying the room was infested, which obviously made them uncomfortable.
On a positive note, the beds were comfortable. However, the sofa bed was ripped, dirty and clearly needed repairing. We ended up having to cover it with an extra sheet before anyone could sit or sleep on it.
The pools were excellent, as was the bar area and the kids’ entertainment. These were definitely the highlights of the stay.
However, the sunbed situation really needs to be addressed. The location and management of the sunbeds are poor, and there were “sunbed wars” every day. People were reserving five or six sunbeds for families of only three or four people, which made it difficult for others to find somewhere to sit. The hotel really needs to have a better system in place and manage this properly.
Overall, it was an okay stay, but due to the cleanliness issues, the condition of some of the furniture and the ongoing sunbed situation, I wouldn’t return.
