Excellent experience, everything was clean, rooms were tidied daily, food was to a very high standard, staff were friendly & the entertainment was varied and enjoyable. Easily walkable to the beach, local shops, bars etc - I would definitely return and recommend to friends.

Pro's:

Hotel was very clean. Always someone checking if everything is tidy and clean

Food always good. Plenty of choice. Mostly made fresh in front of you. Plenty of room to eat. Always a free table. I gets crowded, but staff tries to keep everything in order. And they do this with a smile.

The all included drinks are various and well made. All drinks are A-brands.

Very friendly staff that always try to help! No question is too much.

Upon checkout, your all-in bracelet is extended until you are picked up. Including food too! Also a shower and fresh towels are offered to freshen up before leaving.

Sunbeds are plenty. Sometimes you need some patience. But you always get one soon. Lifeguard tries to keep track of people leaving towels. I saw multiple being removed because people stayed away too long.

Rooms are satisfying. Good shower, bed and rooms are quiet. We had a superior room, which also included 2 small bottles of water, 2 beers and 4 softs for free in the fridge in the room

Location is beautiful. There are some things to see and do around the hotel. Only 30 min bus from Palma, 20 from Peguera and 30/40 from Andratx/port Andratx. All easily done..

Could be slightly better: Queues at bar during day/evening are sometimes long (10/15 min waiting time), but this is also because there is so much different choices available to drink.. and people do work hard at the bar! Maybe it can be organized slightly better.

Conclusion: it was worth our money! Do you want a carefree,very relaxing holiday and enjoy good food and drinks, this is the place! Also close to other places. It's a good base to start from.
