Just returned from 10 nights at the Jardines de Nivaria and I can only describe the experience as absolutely perfect. From the minute we arrived to the last wave goodbye from the porter to our transfer back to the airport was simply outstanding. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are amazing and the facilities were excellent. The poolside experience has probably got to be the best I’ve ever had in Tenerife. Plenty of sunbeds with fresh towels from the kiosk every day. No need to run the gauntlet of the dreaded sun lounger wars because the hotel does not allow beds to be reserved with towels. The pool was lovely, and the pool side area was stunning and plenty of staff around to bring you drinks and food to your loungers if you didn’t want to use the poolside restaurant. We only stayed bed and breakfast so can only comment on what we experienced and it was all fantastic. Every morning we was greeted with a smiling face on entry to the dining room, escorted to a table where fresh coffee or tea was brought to the table for you. The outside terrace seating area was absolutely stunning by the way. Food was plentiful, lots to choose from and the best fresh honey dispenser I’ve ever seen. One extra thing I should mention is while we was staying there it was my birthday and after returning from breakfast that day we got back to the room where we was greeted with a lovey bottle of bubbly in an ice bucket and a little card to say happy birthday. I have never known that from a hotel before. That’s what made this hotel that little bit more special. Can’t wait to return again in the future.

Fabulous hotel
We have returned many times to this hotel. The staff are superb & very helpful & friendly. The attention to detail is excellent. We stay half board & the evening buffet food is fabulous. Plenty of choices for breakfast too.... I cant think of anything that isnt available to eat! The outdoor pool is a great temperature. Rooms are lovely...we have a comfort room with garden view which was cleaned to a high standard. Plenty of sunbeds & reservation is strictly monitored. We will return next year.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff
Room Double Comfort with Garden View
I booked a room with a garden view and expected to see some grass, but there were only stones on the ground. The breakfast selection was quite limited.
Positives: The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful, and there is easy access to the beach. In the evenings, there are plenty of activities by the shore, and the staff are very friendly.

We have just spent 5 nights at this wonderful hotel and cannot fault it at all.
This hotel is beautifully decorated with plenty of room for guests indoors and outdoors.
There is a fantastic salt water pool with plenty of sunbeds and fresh towels available, there is no need to save beds! The pool area is kept immaculate and I was impressed with how the hotel has included access for wheel chair users and guests with mobility issues in its beautiful design, meaning they were also able to enjoy the pools.
We stayed in a suite in the Guajara building which had a lovely seafront view and easy, secure access to the promenade. The rooms were immaculate and we were kept well with fresh water and coffee each day. The jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower were fabulous!
There were multiple dining options but we only used the breakfast restaurant. An excellent range of food and drinks were offered, with fresh egg dishes cooked to order.
The hotel staff were excellent, every member of staff we encountered from reception, chefs, waiters, cleaners and pool staff were all very welcoming, helpful and polite.
We had a wonderful stay and would love to return to this hotel
