Beautiful clean hotel staff all lovely and helpful, food great and such a lovely variety and kids love the self serve ice cream chocolate fountain and pancakes. Would highly recommend

Beautiful hotel
The hotel itself is massive you will get lost. It’s beautifully clean at all times, we easily got a sunbed around 10:30am every morning the kids pool is busy but there seemed to be plenty of beds for everyone. The buffet food is wonderful lots to choose and beautiful desserts. Water & chocolates were given every night of the housekeeping staff which is a nice touch. Rooms cleaned every day to high standards. This hotel has had mixed reviews but we loved it and relaxed all week even tho children were present. Beach to the right is around 10 mins walk a lovely place to grab coffee & sandwich at The corner place, great staff. €12 to las Americas for the day by taxis all outside or you can get the little train or bus restaurants & pubs nearby to the left on the walk front . We will definitely return next year.

First time but won’t be our last
Brilliant stay with the wife, 3 year old and 8 month old. Great selection at breakfast, free valet parking in their underground car park, kids club is great to drop your kids off for an hour and sneak off to the sky bar to spend some time as a couple! Fantastic location close to all the restaurants. Brilliant stay, will be returning

Long Weekend Luxury
We had a fantastic family long weekend at GF Victoria in Costa Adeje and thoroughly enjoyed every minute.
The hotel is in a brilliant location and works equally well if you simply want to relax or make the most of the sports activities, facilities and entertainment available. It is a fantastic choice for families, but I could equally recommend it for couples looking for a high quality break.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. George checked us in and was absolutely brilliant. From then on, whenever we needed help with anything, whether arranging taxis, booking water park tickets or organising excursions, the staff had everything covered.
The rooms were fantastic, the hotel facilities were excellent and the breakfast buffet was amazing, with plenty of choice and a really high standard throughout.
We came away feeling properly relaxed and having really enjoyed the time together as a family.
We will definitely be back for another long weekend very soon. Highly recommended.

Amazing experience.
I spent 5 days in GF Victoria, my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer.
It’s really hard to find any major fault with our stay. The staff in every area of the hotel were exceptional. From checking in to booking a taxi back home to the airport. A special shoutout to the staff in the breakfast area and particularly at bar & restaurant near the kids pool/water slide on level 5. There was some construction work happening near the kids pool/tennis area that was a bit noisy, but I understand everything they are doing is to enhance the experience. It was at the end of peak season so it was probably the correct time to do these works. The noise wasn’t ongoing for hours so I really can’t complain and it didn’t interfere with anyone in that area.
We were on a family trip with a range of ages from 7 to 70! There was something for everyone.
The hotel is spotlessly clean throughout and the service to the rooms is fantastic. Fresh water daily, with a nice affirmation note from the cleaner that’s looks after your room as well chocolates, welcome pack for my 7 year old daughter, coffee pods tea & clean towels etc. you also have a tote bag with flip flops and beach towels ready for the pool or spa.
There’s so much to do I didn’t actually see all areas of the hotel. There’s a roof top bar for adults and areas for teenagers too, mini golf, tennis, surf pool (great instructor by the way) and a nice little gym with some good modern equipment.
It’s a friendly atmosphere throughout. All the food we ordered was pretty good and the breakfast options are great, but didn’t get to try the Michelin Star restaurant!
Although it’s not exactly a cheap holiday it’s definitely worth the money and good value for what you get. Food and drink was reasonably priced.
If you’re thinking of going here, then do you won’t be disappointed. We are currently looking at dates for next year. It’s a hotel I’ll definitely be returning to.
