Highly recommended with excellent food.
My wife and I stayed at this fantastic hotel for one week in September 2026. Everything about the hotel was excellent. Our room was spotless, the pool area the same, and the food was very good. We stayed half board and the quality and variety of the food at breakfast and dinner was a highlight for us. The restaurant itself is really well laid out and peaceful - a big change from previous experiences in other hotels - and the staff are attentive and courteous. The hotel's location is perfect with just a walk across the street to a beautiful beach and with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops on the doorstep. This was our first time in Tenerife and we were so impressed with the Guayarmina Princess that we have already booked another week in February.
Lovely hotels & in a great location
I had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday at this hotel .All the staff from reception to bar staff to cleaners were all honestly so lovely.I enjoyed my holiday so much that on my last day I booked again to come back again in 2027.
Poor, would not come again
Came in September with family. Buffet choices were always poor no matter what meal time. Very limited choices, had an Italian theme and the only items were Lasnage and bolognaise which were both watery and inedible. All food looks undercooked. All inclusive are entitled to only 1 dinner every 4 nights at the other restaurant. No table service at breakfast, meant the only juice choices were apple, orange and, tea. Sneaky extra charges - extra charge for a strawberry daiquiri despite being all inclusive. Rooms are fine enough, floors somehow still dirty but are washed. However, room areas (we were in level 3) are dark and eerie especially at the night and door to get into the levels are a fire exit. Staff are lovely, the drinks are nice. Pool area is okay, pool is smaller than pictures show. However, no drinks allowed in the pool even in a plastic cup. Tables next to sun loungers are very heavily marked and appear dirty. Overall, this is never a 5 star hotel, a 3 star at the best. It’s only saving grace, is the sea view and the restaurants and supermarket right outside the hotel, for when you are left starving after your buffet and their toasties which is also an extra charge if not all inclusive.
WOW fantastic hotel
This hotel is seriously wow, we stayed in platinum junior suite, it was amazing. The food in the food market was beautiful (something different everyday) and the place is spotless and the staff are so friendly. Location is amazing for beach, bars, restaurants etc, although it’s hard to leave this beautiful hotel at night. Only negative is the all inclusive finishes at 11am and classes Gordon’s pink gin as premium (so not included) Air conditioning could be better, but was our first time there and we can’t wait to return.

Great location, hotel has all the amenities you would need. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Buffet was good, food hot. Roast restaurant was not the special treat it assumed itself to be. We had a negative experience when we arrived, the host was most unfriendly and unwelcoming which did not help. The food was not anything special, nor was the serv. the place was half empty which perhaps speaks volumes. The staff in the rest of the hotel were all very friendly and helpful. Spa was lovely. Rooms spacious, clean and the beds comfortable.
