Got home yesterday from 2 weeks at the h10 gran my first impression of the hotel wasn’t very good just small things I didn’t expectfrom a h10 but the rest of the time was very good the food was very good especially at dinner the breakfast was also very good again a few small things I didn’t expect from a h10 but nothing bad the pool area is probably the I’ve seen on Tenerife A lovely lady from the hotel called Marina got in touch with me over a earlier review I’d written and reassured me over some of the issues I’d put Really impressed with her I have already booked this hotel for next year One other thing that impressed me on the day I was leaving that was yesterday I had to be out the room by 12 and at 9 30 one of the house keepers knocked on my door and gave 2 clean towels for a shower before I left this as never been done before and I’ve been about 20 times to Tenerife a nice touch
Lovely hotel
Just got back from an enjoyable 7 night stay at this lovely hotel. Upon arrival we were met with a friendly welcome and a glass of cava, One thing which we noticed immediately was the lack of air conditioning in reception which was a shame. Our room wouldn't be ready until 3pm but there was a side room.to store our luggage and plenty of time to get some lunch and have a look around . Pool areas are large and busy but kept clean and tidy. Big shout out to the guy who removes the towels on unattended sunbeds before 10am Brilliant! The buffet restaurant was always busy, but getting seated wasn't a problem and the staff were excellent at all times. The food was pretty good and they catered for my gluten allergy, but i did need to ask for certain gluten free items. Our room itself was spacious and clean and the welcome pack was a nice touch.The evening entertainment was good and varied. The only sour note was the arrival of a large group of young women ( hen party?) who were noisy and really didn't fit in with the relaxed vibe of this hotel. But overall this is a nice friendly hotel and i can"t speak highly enough of the staff.

A great hotel for the older generation
Very nice hotel, especially for older couples.
Good points: Location / direct access to the beach Clean and modern hotel Pleasant helpful staff Plenty of pool space
Poor points: Queues to the coffee and pool bars Limited food and drinks availability / choices Some bedrooms are small Nighttime entertainment limited Hotel layout
Overall great hotel , even better location
Stayed here for 2weeks in September 9-23rd great location everything in walking distance, cleaners and staff go above and beyond, knock on you everynite to check if you need anything coffee/kettle/more towels , reccomend going privilege breakfast served to you no ques again great staff in there , free towel change everyday , pools great but we’re beach people which is litteraly at the back off the hotel , also a great Mexican restaurant gudalupe right next to it must go there 🤤

Good beachfront location, between Playa Las America's & Fannabe. Clean and well maintained. Food and drink - standard but plentiful. Staff professional and curtious. Late check wasnt possible but the free hospitality room was clean and spacious. Activities and entertainment 10/10, but you have to be aware of what is going on & when as there is very limited notice (was hard to keep track of time as there are no clocks!) On check out, they cut off your wristband, if eligible you get a lunch voucher but you cant get drinks from the bar - feels a bit like they want you to leave. I would recommend some sort of hand stamp for your last day - we arrived at midnight so we felt we lost 12 hours of access.
