This hotel in COSTA ADEJE is perfect for a holiday, sharing interests and moments of fun with all the family. Of particular note are the panoramic views of the swimming pool and of the avenue. It's 563 rooms offer customers a functional and pleasant environment. A bellboy service is available to guests. Facilities include Air Conditioning.
Amazing hotel and the animation team is great. Thank you to Eduardo, Dario angels Anna and Matia for making our days so much better.
We really enjoyed interacting with the animation team Eduardo, Mattia Ana, Angeles Dario and competing in games to win golden tickets ! Very fun.
We arrived a day after some of our party and had already heard about their disappointing first-day experience, particularly with the food. We decided to keep an open mind and give the hotel a fair chance, but by day three we could clearly see what they meant.
The air conditioning in the public areas was never on. When we asked at reception, a member of staff told us the owner was “tight”. Whether said in frustration or not, that is an incredibly unprofessional response.
We paid extra for the all-inclusive package, but there was virtually no monitoring of who was using the snack bar. Guests without wristbands were helping themselves without being challenged, making the upgrade feel like a complete waste of money.
The hotel’s maintenance standards are poor. The rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment, and our room ceiling was in a disgraceful condition (see photos). The dining room light shades were covered in dust, giving the impression that basic cleaning is being overlooked throughout the hotel.
The Wi-Fi was also extremely poor. Most of the time it was either painfully slow or completely unusable, making it virtually non-existent.
The biggest concern was food hygiene. On more than one occasion, the bread at the snack bar was mouldy. This is simply unacceptable and raises serious concerns about food safety.
Several members of the waiting staff could be heard muttering under their breath about guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. Basic service was also lacking, with no spoons laid out at dinner, meaning guests had to search other tables to find one.
In the piano bar there’s one pane of glass missing ( photo attached ) where anyone could easily fall through as it’s low level. Wood around the poolside is dangerous with broken panels everywhere.
Noise was another issue. Guests were allowed to jump into the pool from around 11pm onwards for hours, with no intervention from staff, making it difficult for others to relax or sleep.
The welcome at the restaurant each evening was poor, and there was little sense that management were visible or interested in the guest experience unless something had already gone wrong.
Although we booked all-inclusive, the food was so repetitive and uninspiring that we chose to eat out for the last three nights of our holiday.
Overall, this is without doubt the worst hotel I have stayed in during more than 40 years of travelling. Poor food, poor maintenance, poor management, unreliable Wi-Fi and extremely poor entertainment combined to make this a very disappointing holiday.
I would not stay at this hotel or any hotel within this chain again, and based on our experience, I cannot recommend it to others.
It was realy good the reps where realy nice made friends with them best holiday so far Eduardo, Dario, Ana, Angeles, Mattia, Adrienne and Mini. They were fantastic
Dario, Mattia, Eduardo, Adrienne, Memi - we spent 10 days here with this team and they looked after my 10 and 13 year old kids brilliantly. Had a fantastic time and would recommend to anyone.
