There are a lot of shops and entertainment venues just minutes away, as well as public transport links nearby. Puerto de Colón is located nearby, where guests can enjoy boating and fishing trips. This is a great hotel for families with children as it counts with useful services and facilities specially designed for the little ones, such as a new Star Camp area and several fantastic swimming pools with sunbeds for adults to sunbathe or enjoy a moment of relaxation. Guest rooms are luminous and offer a fresh and modern style to guarantee a memorable stay.
The dress code to access the main restaurant consists of formal clothes for gentlemen, such as long pants during dinners.

only hotel i will stay in tennariff always go star prastidge booked star prosige priotory location this year coming over on the 6th of september best hotel ever never stayed on top floor so hopefully stay there this year but highly recomend for people to book therer
Noisy nights and bored teenager
This was my first stay at this hotel with my two boys 18 and 15 and we stayed for a week at end of July.
I booked this hotel as it had so many good reviews but have to say I was disappointed. We booked a family room and I had emailed the hotel beforehand requesting a quiet room given the reviews I had read on late night music. Imagine my disappointment when we arrived to our room on the 3rd floor to be welcomed by the boom boom music from some nearby bar. It was like this every single night. Given the location of the hotel right a next to a busy road, you can also hear the loud traffic during the day so sitting on the balcony to relax just wasn't an option. The hotel really need to sound proof the rooms better.
There is no tea/coffee/kettle in the room which is ridiculous and nothing in the mini fridge. There is simply not enough storage space in the family room with only a small drawer between the two rooms.
Most disappointing of all was the lack of activities for teenagers, the hotel only offers organised activities for adults and younger children but absolutely nothing for older children: no football, darts, pool activities, zilch. Had I known this beforehand I would definitely not have booked this hotel. There is a table tennis table which is free to use but there is a charge to use the pool table and play the games in the arcade room. I had to organise off site excursions as my youngest was understandably bored.
I’m confused by the reviews saying that the food is amazing. We've had way better food at other hotels. Apart from the small selection of ‘themed’ food, everything else was the same. Crepe chef was amazing though.
To end on a positive note, the staff are excellent and are an asset to the hotel. The hotel is impeccably clean. Our bedroom was cleaned to an excellent standard, towels changed daily and sheets were changed upon request. Wifi is also excellent.

Lovely stats
A wonderful hotel with wonderful food and staff. A wonderful selection of drinks and cocktails. Kids club did lovely activities and the staff were friendly and energetic. Fab slides for children. Lovely views from the pool. Have stayed here on a couple of occasions and did not disappoint.
Beyond wonderful
An absolutely incredible hotel. Check in was swift and easy directions given to rooms hotel details explained. Friendly atmosphere within by other guests staff impeccable nothing was too much trouble for them. Selection of food unmatched by any brand. Pools clean, grounds immaculate. Room modern, fresh feel You pay for what you get it’s as simple as that. Location 20 minutes drive from the airport central too for Siam Park and local restaurants and shops
Exceeded our expectations.
This hotel absolutely exceeded our expectations. We had watched YouTube videos before we arrived but we were absolutely blown away. We were in star prestige priority location, we were on the top floor and the room was much bigger than we expected it to be. All the perks that come with star prestige are amazing, the roof top area is fabulous but very warm when sunbathing but the jacuzzi is fabulous to cool off in. We were b&b so can’t comment on all inclusive but speaking to other guests they said it was really good. The only small complaint I have is the balcony as its brick and you can’t see anything when sitting down but everything else made up for that and we definitely would come back.
