This modern hotel of 5* and adults only, nestled in the touristic centre of Torviscas in Costa Adeje, is very nicely situated within walking distance from the closest local beach. Puerto Colon marina can be reached after a nice stroll. Guests will also be able to find within the area a shopping centre with shops, restaurants and bars. The nearest airport is just 17 km from the hotel. This is a perfect hotel to spend a nice holiday by the sea.

Really enjoyable
From the moment we arrived we were looked after and all staff were so friendly and welcoming. We booked star prestige which we loved and the housekeeping staff were amazing with our room. The food was great, plenty of choice and flavour. The only thing we found a little unusual was the sunbed situation. As we were star prestige we didn’t have the option on the app to use the sunbed booking facility around the main pool which initially wasnt an issue due to the pool on the top floor for star prestige guests that has its own sunbeds. However we found that people were queuing up for these from 8 am in the morning ( the sunbed area opens at 9am) so if you had a later breakfast or had gone out for a morning walk before it got too hot, by the time you got to the star prestige area there were either no sunbeds left or there were no umbrellas/ shade to go with the few remaining ones that were in full sun. So on one day we found ourselves wondering around the top and bottom pool areas looking for sunbeds in any area but gave up and went back to our room. It would be good to maybe offer all guests the option to book as we also saw star prestige guests arriving at the sunbed area later on and leaving as it was completely full especially with beds were towels had been put down and weren’t being used for hours. It didn’t detract from our stay as we like to go exploring as well but just made us plan differently when we knew that we didn’t have a trip booked on a specific day to ensure we could use the sunbeds
Disappointing Trip
We have returned from spending a week at the Iberostar Sabila. When we booked in we wanted to take our luggage ourselves, but the receptionist insisted that a member of staff would bring it to our room. We waited over an hour for our luggage, which wasn't good. Our room on the fourth floor (430) was clean and spacious. The only issue with the room was the very loud music from the hotel across the road, this was every night. The food was excellent, lots of great choice. We weren't keen on the location, across the road form the entrance of the hotel are sex shops, something we didn't expect to see. Overall, our stay was average. We have stayed at much better Iberostar Selection hotels. I would not rate this hotel as a 5* it is more like just a 4* I won't be going back.
Perfect Stay
Just back from an eleven night stay on a B&B basis. The last two days we upgraded to all inclusive. Our room was on the 3rd floor overlooking an adjacent hotel with a good view of the sea. Room spacious enough for the two of us with adequate storage space. Room cleaned to an excellent standard. We both loved the app that informs you when your room has been cleaned!
Great selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. I am dairy intolerant and the majority of items were clearly labelled. On the occasion when the labelling was not clear or I wanted clarity I asked to speak to a chef and was always accommodated which I really appreciated.
Check-in and out processes were carried out efficiently and we found all reception staff friendly and professional.
It was my husband's birthday during our stay and he was treated to a free bottle of chilled cava, a kind gesture.
We used the app to book sun-loungers which was easy and spoke with the pool staff to facilitate this a couple of times. Drinks by the pool were refreshing on the very hot days!
We went to the evening entertainment once and it was a tribute Elton John who was playing and we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Thoroughly recommend this contemporary hotel, perfect location; close in proximity to many activities, restaurants, bars, taxis, shops, and the beach!

Not quite 5*....
Not quite 5*.
Pro's:
- Rooms / bathrooms are clean - housekeeping are wonderful;
- Wide variety of food (I am Half Board)
- Good location to shops / beaches
Con's:
- The orange carpet on level 3 and all the way down the stairs to level 0 is dirty. So many stains / marks / bits that havent been hoovered up.
- Staff in restaurant clearly rushed and not paying enough attention to clening tables (crumbs left from previous occupents);
placement of table mats / cutlery in a 5* establishment should be precise, not haphazardly chucked down;
- I've had breakfast 5 mornings so far and have only been asked if I want tea or coffee twice. No consistency;
The couple next to me this morning had to go out their way to ask for tea TWICE and by the time I left, it still hadnt arrived.
You need to do better in these areas to be deserving of your 5* otherwise it should be dropped to 4*
Great hotel in good location
This is our second time here this year. The location is great with easy access to restaurants and the beach. Hotel has everything you need. Food is good with lots of variety . Staff and friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean. We have upgraded to star prestige on both occasions, works well for us and the extras make a difference. There’s a booking system for sunbeds which works well. Plenty of help at poolside to book beds in the day and prebook for future days. We will definitely be back
