Labranda Isla Bonita Hotel

I loved the fact that Adults have their own space and swimming pool. The accommodation was lovely and clean with fresh delivery of towel each day if required. The positives are that fresh water was delivered daily and tea and coffee sachets were replenished regularly. Negatives: I thought the charge for a key safe a bit excessive. I had a service personal literally burst into my room even though I had put a do not disturb sign on the outside of the door as I had gone back to bed feeling unwell the sign was still on the door  when I checked. So annoying . I reported the matter to a receptionist   and got an apology from her, but would have like a more formal apology.  The staff were friendly and helpful . Although the pool was heated it was just about. Sun loungers aplenty no problem.

This hotel is great, modern and very clean. The staff are lovely and there’s a great selection of food (sometimes a bit luke warm) but good quality. 
A couple of things were disappointing though - despite the modern and cleanliness of the bedrooms, there was duct tape on the floor tiles in the room and bathroom, holding the tiles down. The shower head was also broken. 
I chose this hotel as was going with 2 teenage boys who love football but unfortunately the football/basketball pitch and older kids club were all closed at 6/6.30pm so there was nothing for the older kids to do at night which was a shame. I was told it was for health & safety reasons they closed the football pitch but every other hotel I’ve stayed in in the Canaries with a pitch has kept it open till late for the kids to play on. 
The pools were lovely and there are plenty of sunbeds but the hotel totally surrounds the pools on all sides meaning you are more often than not in the shade.

Over all a good holiday. Clean enough, brilliant location, walking distance of the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. Short drive from bigger shopping centres, siam park, monkey park and jungle park. Staff all nice and helpful. Food ok, would of appreciated a little more variety.

Overall good

We stayed for a week on an all inclusive basis. If I was doing it again I would have booked half board, dinner was just ok.. we stayed there for dinner twice and went out every other evening 
No problems getting sun loungers any day, lots of the loungers do catch the shade the way the hotel is built so I’m not sure how this would work at full capacity in summer.. we managed to get loungers in the sun every day. Beds were extremely hard I don’t think I could have managed more than one week on them. 
I feel the restaurant being in the basement really lets it down as it does feel like a school canteen. 
The lounge on the 5th floor was beautiful at sunset but not included in all inclusive which is a shame. We had a great holiday but I wouldn’t stay in this particular place again.. the location is great though for shops and restaurants

Lovely holiday but wouldn’t stay here again

Very lovely and clean hotel, staff were welcoming on arrival, and great location however disappointed as both me and my friend had expensive items stolen from our room. Complained to the reception, customer service wasn’t the best and didn’t do anything about it.
