It’s okay
This hotel was okay for base to stay when travelling to Tenerife, however from how it was sold online, I wouldn’t get your hopes up! The staff were lovely and helpful and the cleanliness of the hotel is adequate.
I wouldn’t book all inclusive with this hotel though, the all inclusive restaurant is located in the sister hotel and considering this hotel is catering for 2 large hotels, the variety is nonexistent. If you like fish all day every day then it is perfect for you! There are plenty of restaurants around Adeje that serve much more enjoyable food, which I suppose is a positive of this hotel, the location, not too hilly for people with mobility issues to get to and from the main strip.
The all inclusive bar is also located in the sister hotel, the pool bar that is on the main pool you have to pay for, which was not made very clear when booking!
There is a roof top bar and pool located at the top of the hotel, which again you have to pay for. Don’t get me wrong it is lovely up there but when booking this hotel, it was the first image we saw which was one of the reasons we booked it, unaware it wasn’t apart of the hotel.
They held an event on the rooftop bar on one of the evenings we stayed here which was no issue, however it came to when people started leaving (people who weren’t even staying in the hotel) and random people were running through the corridors of the hotel, now considering this is advertised as family friendly, it doesn’t look great when random people are running throughout the hotel and making lots of noise.
The rooms were fine, good amount of space and storage. The pool bar is a tad expensive, €7 for 2 ice creams .
Mostly excellent!
We stayed for 8 nights in a gold plus room on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was lovely, great private roof terrace with sunbeds, balcony with outdoor seating, air conditioning, basic kitchen with equipment. Breakfast was standard but always hot and plentiful. Freshly made omelettes and fried eggs. Swimming pools were amazing, beautifully warm. Sunbeds did get reserved by people then not laying on them. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay until the Friday when the sky bar had a pool party. Loud, awful music banging from around 2pm until 9pm when everyone then drunkenly stumbled out onto the street. We felt it out of place for such a normally quiet complex. One other thing, the complex is steep with steps. Some ramps to help with luggage but it was exhausting and we’re fairly fit and young (ish!) We went to reception on our last day to ask if there was back access for meeting our transfer coach as it’s at the top of a steep hill, the man turned desk just looked at us and said ‘Weird’ No help or advice! They do have gates but they’re all locked. All in all though great place and wonderful location for beach, bars and restaurants.

Terrible holiday
Hotel is shocking ….. on arrival reception staff was pleasant and helpful we got out room and on entering there was a really bad drain smell! I went and explained this on 3 separate occasions across 3 days , they got a janitor 3 times to put stuff down drains which was not doing anything …. We asked to change rooms on the 3rd day as we had been sleeping with our balcony door open the reception staff just simply said no a man behind reception told us to drink 3 litres of vodka an we won’t smell it!! On the 3rd night my partner was using the bathroom and I heard him shouting as I went to the bathroom he was holding the ceiling from above up! He was just using the bathroom a said he could see it was coming down ! I ran to reception and the man behind there was helpful but asked us if we could still stay in this room I explained no that it’s a health a safety and we finally got given another room! The next morning we went reception ourselves to see if we could collect our belongings the lady behind did not have a clue what had happened we was aloud to grab out things without supervision ect no manager came an spoke with us to see what had happened and to see if my partner was okay!
The food in the all inclusive bar there’s not really much selection just pizza and chips , fish and abit of salad
Mix communication about all inclusive it’s as if the staff don’t even no what’s included we got told that we was not aloud to use the sky bar unless we paid €40 each and that’s everyone we wanted to go up there but we got speaking to a young couple around pool area and they had the same wrist bands on as us and they said that we was aloud ect
This holiday was supposed to me a holiday for me to be able to relax and clear my head from the passing of my late father but this was not the case at all im so disappointed
Surprisingly good
I was sceptical before our holiday due to the reviews I’ve seen, we stuck with this place and I’m glad we did, the pool/bar/restaurant was spot on. yes, the rooms are abit aged and our aircon didn’t work but overall it was a great holiday. Location is perfect, about. 2 minute walk to the beach front, plenty of local shops. Staff were very friendly, all of them. I wouldn’t let previous reviews put you off, give it a go.

Avoid this hotel
Where do I start! Apart from the fact we are very disappointed, stayed here 2 years ago and the hotel has definitely gone down hill, arrived at our room that literally stank of bleach and we soon discovered why, there was an awful smell, turned on air conditioning which flooded the floor, it was dripping over the tv, informed reception straight away as was obviously a hazard, we had to leave bath towels down to try and soak up the stinking water that was dripping from the unit, if we had slipped on that I dread to think what coilyhave happened, had to ask reception 5 times for new bath towels, considering the engineer had used one of our towels and just left air conditioning which dripping, total lack of communication from reception, when we finally got to speak to someone the informed us AV was not repairable. Not even any soap to wash your hands in the bathroom, you have to step in the shower to get some,, Gate at top of resort is now locked so have to pull suitcase all the way down to reception then up a very step hill to get the coach, Sky bar was lovely last time we came but no longer, full of sales people trying to sell timeshare holidays, Hardly any cleaners around, place is dirty and in desperate need of updating . We booked through TUI who should not be selling holidays in this place, will definitely not be returning for a 3rd time!
