A wonderful place to chill out and be thoroughly spoilt
Having felt disappointed at not being able to return to the Guayarmina Princess it was a pleasant surprise to experience the Esencia level of the Inspire Princess. We went with friends and loved the whole of our 12 days there, with easy walks to the beach and shopping areas. The rooms are very nicely laid out, well appointed and we could not fault the cleanliness. The access to Esencia sun beds which are more comfortable than the general pool areas (thicker cushions) and quieter, together with access to The One restaurant each morning and evening with their table service and special menus made for a fabulous holiday. The staff were super friendly and polite, the entertainment was great and we all agreed that our disappointment was short lived after checking in. So. Any staff deserve mentions but they were all marvellous at what they did and how they did it. Would we go back, definitely, it was a first class experience for us.
Excellent place to stay
Lovely hotel, staff were amazing respectful and kind and made every moment enjoyable. Massive shout out to Rachel from entertainment team and we will definitely be making a return.
Outstanding
The hotel is still as perfect as the first time we arrived as guests in 2023, we have returned twice a year, the moment we arrived we feel relaxed and almost like coming home. The hotel was full but didn’t feel it we never had any issues getting sunbeds in the area we wanted to be in. The food in both restaurants was good however The one is waiters services and feels nice to be pampered a little, we split out 10 days across both and can say we never had one bad meal, it was the complete opposite and we ate far too much. The rooms are clean and there are loads of hanging space and draws for all your needs. The TV has English Channel but we were unable to log on to Netflix as the app on the TV didn’t work. Normally we have a pool facing standard room, but this time we had a junior suite mountain room, we loved it, it was far quieter and we loved the 7th floor just watching the world go by. Nino who did a fantastic job full of energy and very friendly daily while doing any activity with him, the entertainment team work very hard and are a strong team, Racheal who we first meet in 2019 in the sister hotel works so hard and is very much a team player, she chats to all the guests and always has time for everyone a real talented lady. The bar staff are all good and hard to name them all but some stood out they were always full of smiles yoandy jose Belen And the restaurant staff Ruben Javed ,Jose, Miguel , Sayka, Maria and Casanas, was outstanding! This hotel should be proud of all their staff from the porter front of house, cleaners, bar staff, waiters, pool attendant, receptionist entertainment team you are all outstanding! I worked as a high manager for many years and finding loyal hardworking staff was an endless challenge and makes any business. We will be back soon Kerry & Dave Brown (the man in the hats)

Half-board review
The hotel, food and weather were excellent, the staff were pleasant the rooms were outstanding and clean. However, been only half board I was surprised you were not given a drink with your evening meal; not even water, the price of a small bottle was €3.20 yet an 8 Lt bottle outside the hotel was only €1.75. I was disappointed when I asked for a couple of glasses with just ice, to be asked do I want it for free as the hotel has to pay for it!!! my reply was I paid over 3k for 10 nights so yes I want the ice for free... otherwise an excellent holiday.
Excellent stay.
Excellent hotel from start to finish. We had a wonderful 2 weeks holiday. Credit to all the wonderful staff who work really hard. Food was excellent and spotlessly clean. A big shout out to Hector , Patricia and Valeria. Who looked after us day and night with our drinks. We will definitely return to this hotel.
