Sunset Bay Club is situated in Costa Adeje on the edge of Play de las Américas, close to local shops, bars and restaurants and just a 5 minute walk from Fañabe Beach. It features two large outdoor pools, a children's pool, whirlpool and fitness centre.
The air-conditioned apartments include a well-equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Each apartment has a private bathroom with bath or shower and balcony or terrace. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided.
Casa Tres Restaurant offers a range of local and international cuisine and guests can enjoy a drink or snack in the pool bar or café. For your convenience a grocery store is also available on-site. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Las Américas Golf Course is just a 10 minute drive. Siam Park is just 10 minutes away and Mount Teide National Park with its dramatic volcano is less than an hour away by car. Tenerife South Airport is a 30 minute drive.
PLEASE NOTE: A refundable security deposit of €100 per apartment is required upon arrival. This deposit is obligatory and must be paid with a valid debit or credit card. Cash is not accepted. Guests who are unable to provide the deposit will not gain entry to the apartment. Additional fees apply for the use of the leisure centre and other resort facilities. *Some 2 bed apartments have a balcony or a terrace and some are set over 2 floors.

Family holiday
Just returned home after 8 nights . We emailed the reception four weeks before our arrival asking for a quiet room and two rooms together. On our arrival it took over an hour to check in to be told we have a room next to the Irish bar. We were told because we booked with on the beach we were given this room. If we had booked directly with the accommodation we would have been given I better room. We were told don’t worry about the noise the music has to be turned off at midnight. What they didn’t tell us was that every afternoon from 3 till 7pm the bar six feet from our front door had live music , karaoke and bingo sessions. So no time to relax in the apartment because the music was too loud. After 15 minutes trying to find the room we were 6 feet away from the outside tables in the bar area. The room was above restaurants and a music bar that was very noisy.The room was cramped and in desperate need of refurbishment. The bath leaked every time you had a shower . The complex was ok but if you wanted a sunbed you would need to start queuing at 8.30. All the beds were gone by 9 o’clock when they opened the gates. I would not return again.

Sad to say won’t be back
Iv been coming here most summers for the last 30 years ,, I came with my husband and kids on and off for the last 10 .. I can safely say I won’t be coming back ,, we came July 2026 with our two girls and 7 month old baby and was put in a apartment down three flights of stairs and right next to main road where the club bounces music until early hours .. we went straight to reception and voiced our concerns that with a pram it wasn’t gonna work and asked to be moved but was told they have nothing else .. we asked numerous times and every time they would see what they could do but clearly was just to shut us up .. Infact at one point they pretty much said that the time share holders are priority to them not us .. we paid an extra £1200 for the filth person ( 7 month old ) for the travel cot to have holes in it and a ill fitting mattress .. The place is worn down and getting scruffy .. the apartment wasn’t the cleanest and marked and aged .. It needs a good lot of improvements .. tiles are cracked and broken around the pool with dirty drains and loose tiles in it .. so if your planning on coming I would say look elsewhere and if your coming with young family I would say don’t risk it ..

Amazing holiday in this hotel
We just got home after a week here and have to say the hotel is amazing the rooms we had a two bedroom and it was so big was clean and had cleaners twice while we were there the reception staff are lovely and so welcoming pools lovely and nice not to have to be up early just to get a sunbed at 7am as opens at 9am the pool side bar with Julie and team were so amazing friendly and food was so good we will definitely return to here when we come back to tenerife everything you need is close by for family thank you for a lovely stay
Amazing Stay

We’ve just returned from a fantastic week at Sunset Bay Club in Costa Adeje, Tenerife, and we absolutely loved it.
The complex is in a brilliant location, within walking distance of all the bars, shops and restaurants around Fañabé Beach and Playa de la Pinta.
Our one-bedroom apartment was a great size and had everything we needed for self-catering. We stayed in room E404, which had what must have been one of the biggest balconies in the whole complex! It had its own balcony and a huge sun terrace, providing plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
This is a place our family regularly visits, and it will definitely be where we stay whenever we return to Tenerife. The reception staff were very helpful, and we had no issues getting a sunbed around the bottom pool.
We had a brilliant stay and would highly recommend Sunset Bay Club. We can’t wait to return!
Excellent family break
We had a super 1 week break here in early July. 2 rooms, both exceptionally well maintained with great housekeeping service. Close to all we needed. The thing that shone through most though, was the brilliant team. All efficient, and tremendously friendly. We can't wait to come back Thanks
