Lovely family holiday

Our happy place
Amazing as usual, the team at this hotel are fantastic. If you read any negative reviews ignore them, try it. They will make you feel like family. Nothing is too much trouble. My wife is Coleiac and extremely well catered for. Well done again Barcelo, Diego excel and provide us with space.to relax, reset and fill us with love.

We came in August for a last minute holiday - staff were all really nice and helpful. Royal package definitely worth it, the pool is much less crowded and the food options are so much better

The most relaxing, wonderful break
We have just returned after a fantastic stay at the Royal Level. Our room (158) was spotless, great amenities and amazing lake views — the perfect start to the holiday. The Royal Level pool was the best part for us, always plenty of sun beds even late morning, our 12 year old also enjoyed the main pool for the livelier games & atmosphere . We have stayed at the Barcelo Active in Lanzarote the last few years where the lack of sun beds was becoming a real issue which has deterred us from returning but this is not a problem here. The food and drink was of great quality, and every member of staff was friendly and kind. A wonderful experience overall & we would definitely return.

Amazing week
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Barceló Royal Level Tenerife with my nieces. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special, but what really made our experience unforgettable was the exceptional service throughout the hotel. The Royal Level restaurant deserves a special mention (the food was excellent, but it was the incredible attention from the staff that truly stood out). Everyone was friendly, attentive, professional and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay perfect. They made us feel welcomed and looked after every single day.
The whole hotel has a fantastic atmosphere, with beautiful facilities, great views, and plenty to enjoy, but it was the people who made the biggest difference. The attention to detail and warmth of the staff made our time with my nieces even more enjoyable. We left feeling relaxed, spoiled and very happy with our experience. I would absolutely recommend Barceló Royal Level Tenerife and would happily come back again!
