Terrazas de Abama are luxury apartments in the most exclusive Tenerife. With one, two or three bedrooms each, and private open terraces ranging from 28 to 123m2, these luxury rentals provide spectacular views of the ocean and the resort's subtropical gardens. Moreover, the complex is centrally located between the first and second holes of our lush golf course, just a short walk from the clubhouse. Our duplex penthouses are the epitome of elegance. These 3-bedroom luxury flats each have a 123m2 open terrace on their upper level, equipped with an outdoor grill and an exterior jacuzzi from which to enjoy the panoramic views. The ethnic modern interiors are designed to meld seamlessly into the natural Tenerife environment, with the open-concept living spaces flowing easily into the outdoor terraces and the landscape beyond.

Place is lovely, service not acceptable.
We had a 3 bedroom apartment/suite with a jacuzzi. It was lovely. I would say the only downfall is the service. People at the reception and breakfast make you feel like they’re doing you a favour by allowing you there. At breakfast, they didn’t send our order in and when we asked 45 mins later where it was, the lady who took our order started shouting at us and no one did anything. Besides that, the pools, views restaurants are beautiful. If you can get past the cold behaviour and attitude at the front desk and the staff at breakfast, you will have a great time.

Fantastic Family Holiday
It's our first day home after our best family holiday ever. We stayed at Las Terrazas de Abama Suites for 12 days and can not fault the location, quality of the four bedroom suite, the helpfulness of the team, the golf course, food, you name it, it was all a +5 star experience. Big shout out to Rahul, Malanie at reception (excellent service, recommendations and excursion planning, Kevin (who made amazing cocktails), the breakfast team, the cleaning team, and everyone else we were helped by. Great value for money, exceptional communication, a genuine willingness to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, amazing atmosphere and views you can only imagine!

Never again
This was our second and last time here. Once again, we were assigned the worst room—right across from reception, just like last year—where, for five whole days, we were plagued by cigarette smoke drifting in from the adjacent apartment. The guest staying there was inconsiderate: he smoked, returned drunk every evening, and made noise all night and morning. When we complained, reception told us he was allowed to smoke on the terrace. They ignored our requests to switch apartments, even though we were willing to pay extra. They did offer us a two-bedroom apartment with a sea view at one point, but the surcharge for eight nights came to around 1,200 euros (and there were only two of us). Yet we knew for a fact that they had at least two other rooms available—identical to the one we had—because we had checked via the online booking system.

Outstanding as always
Edited just now Couple We come to Las Terrazas annually if not more. We must’ve visited now 10 or more times. We are always impressed, if not blown away, by the standard of accommodation, facilities and the professionalism and diligence of the staff here. This visit has been no exception, if not the very best. We arrived to a lovely apartment (as always) but without outside dining which we crave. In a moment, Rahul, Illaria and Maria worked tirelessly to resolve the issue and reallocate us to a new apartment with outside dining, garden, sun lounging and more. Thank you thank you all for your interest in our holiday pleasure and know that our loyalty to you and Las Terrazas remains secure in that we have already reserved our next visit for 2027. Las Terrazas and its incumbent staff are simply the best. 20/10 or more!
