The hotel is located in the fishing and sailing village of Cristianos, near Tenerife's wonderful beaches and about 15 minutes from the airport. The property is near to the shopping area, and from the nightlife of the Los Cristianos area. It offers great facilities with swimming pools, fitness centre and other entertaining options. There is also a pool-bar where guests can enjoy all types of drinks and a buffet- restaurant with a great variety of products and meals that will delight visitors palate during their stay. Children will have fun in the play area and a mini-club with a special activities program for them. The well-equipped rooms are spacious, comfortable and bright, guests will feel right at home.

Just returned after a week spent here it had some good points and some not so good , The location is great very close to everything and to the beach , The food was good not a great choice but what there was good Breakfast lady not very friendly when I asked for a omelette . The rooms were good but way to hot, my bad for not realising there wasn't aircon in every room , you can hire a fan which helps a bit , 3 days into our stay an different receptionist told me they you can hire a air con unit at 20 euro a day and 20 euro deposit it was well worth the money , Room cleaning very bad we had clean sheets and towels twice which we were happy with but apart from the bin being emptied no bathroom cleaning was done , entertainment not bad what we saw , reception area very run down and poor doesn't give a good first impression swimming pools small but there is one right at the top of some stairs which was bigger they were good to cool off in as it was very humid and hot . All in all for the money it wasn't bad but wouldn't recommend and would not return

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!
This is absolutely not a safe place to stay. While we were having dinner at the buffet, our bungalow was broken into and all of our belongings were stolen within just a few minutes.
The window was simply forced open with a screwdriver. When we reported what had happened, the hotel was absolutely unwilling to help us and they even refused to call the police. We had to deal with everything ourselves.
Four months later, we still have not received any compensation or proper resolution from the hotel.
It honestly makes you wonder whether the hotel is doing anything to prevent these thefts, because security seems to be completely inadequate. Anyone can simply walk onto the property without any proper checks, and the entrance is always open.
We strongly advise everyone NOT to stay here.
Very average
Location is good. We had a decent enough two weeks there. Food was average but was a lot of repetitive stuff. We heard it’s being closed in December and being renovated to a 4 star. It needs a lot of work - pools are average. No fights for sun beds, only decent thing. Room was ok, we were lucky enough to have air con. The balcony area was a shame as it was like a gravel pit with no sun loungers. Good value for money I guess. House keeping was poor to start with but after complaining we did get new sheets and towels every 3-4 days. It was quiet in our hotel room. The bar staff were rushed off their feet trying to do the bar, restaurant and bar food. Makes sense if they are closing in December though as they won’t hire more staff.
Our whole view of the place has gone downhill since we got back as they promised a friend we made out there that she would be able to stay (her husband had a fall on their first day and is in hospital) however long she needed but now they have told her the day before she was supposed to leave that they have no rooms for her to stay longer. She could have been looking for somewhere else a week ago!!

We have stayed in the Checkin bungalows three times before and have always had quite a good time. This time was a lot worse though so there will not be a fifth time. We stayed for 9 nights in room 169 which was dirty, dark and was so far away from reception was seemingly forgotten. The telephone did not work so any complaints that we had were made after an 8 minute hike up to reception. This brings me to the main issue that I had with this Hotel. Reception. None of the staff (except Mary Fe) seemed able or willing to help with any issues. When we checked in we were told that the room would be cleaned every two days. Then when it wasn't, I walked the 8 minutes (no phone) to reception we were told that it was every 3 days. Slightly annoying for most but my daughter is 21 years old and Autistic, mainly non verbal and very much stuck in her routine, so when she comes up from her swim, the next thing is her shower and we did not want a cleaner in at that time (some cleaners here are male) Trying to pin down a cleaning time (or even day) was exhausting. Worst thing was that we were checking out on the Saturday and our flight was not due to depart until 19.00 so we wanted to get a swim in for my daughter to break up the day for her. We asked if there were shower facilities on site for after her swim. There are not. So we asked if we could rent our room out for an hour or two just to shower my daughter after her swim. We were told that this was not possible but we could shower her at the pool. I tried to explain that although my daughter is 21, she has a mental age of around 6-7 years and has no real awareness of her body so showering her at the pool was problematic. Both receptionists just shrugged. But for the kindness of one of the other guests who was horrified by the lack of understanding from reception and allowed us to use their room to shower my daughter. A disappointing end to a disappointing break. I have= heard that this hotel is closing for renovations later this year so maybe some staff are worried about losing their jobs but maybe some of them deserve to lose their jobs

Excellent staff and service
Service is excellent ask to change rooms as im disabled I was to many stairs they give me another room straight away if I go any problem they resolve straight away.Food always fresh .Staff very friendly excellent service definitely would stay here again.
