This amazingly decorated hotel is situated in Los Cristianos, Spain. The airport is conveniently located just about 10 minutes away by car. Guests will be delighted to know that the beach is just 5-minute car ride away from the complex. In the surroundings, there are many restaurants and shopping opportunities. Travellers will not have time to enjoy all the hotel has to offer. They can rest under the shadow of an umbrella by the side of the pool or go to the spa where they can relax and them themselves be spoilt. The gastronomy the complex offers will certainly please all types of tastes. The gym is perfect for the ones who like to keep the good shape. The rooms are what visitors need after a full day of fun and entertainment, they are equipped with all the essential amenities to have a comfortable stay.

Fantastic holiday
Just back from my first visit to this hotel, it was fantastic from start to finish. I have visited Tenerife several times but this is the first time in Los Christianos, and will definitely be back.
The positives: the staff are 5* nothing too much trouble and everyone was extremely friendly and professional.
Cleanliness, the hotel is spotless! The cleaning team work really hard and do an amazing job. The rooms were cleaned daily and cannot fault them. The pool areas were always being tidied and washed down daily.
Food, we were all inclusive and the food was great! A large selection at mealtimes served buffet style but with fresh meats being cooked as well, it was always piping hot. The drinks were also really good. Fruit cider on tap was a great option for during the day.
Entertainment, we didn’t go to the evening entertainment but sat upstairs and it was really enjoyable. The evening quizzes with Cesar were fun! The circus event was also really good!
Other points for improvement, the snack bar could do with pizza at lunch (just cos I like pizza) and the floor area at the pool bar gets very slippery as people don’t follow the rule of not going in while wet so might be good if there was some type of nonslip matting. Other than that the hotel was excellent!

Fantastic hotel, with fantastic staff
I can’t fault our experience at the paradise park hotel. We were made to feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Everywhere was clean and tidy, we spent most of our time around the lagoon pool which was fantastic. We never struggled for a bed, no trouble in the sunbed wars at this pool. Maurius and the dining team at the hotel are outstanding. I can’t praise them enough. Superb would come again. Back to it now, still 6 days to go.

No floats, no ball always blowing whistle saying no lifeguards
Word of warning, hotel just decided to change rules today 5/8/2026 saying you can’t take pool floats in unless one’s from the hotel shop, no balls to be played with in pool. The hotel says to be family resort but not letting family’s have a little fun is unfair. To tape over the rules on board in peak season at peak prices is unfair and if I could I would have switched hotels. Summer holidays is about having fun with your kids, plenty of adult only pools if you want to be away from it.
