Great location, great staff.
Great location, very chilled atmosphere; the room was good but had signs of wear and tear. The staff are amazing and always happy to help, and the whole hotel is spotless due to the hard-working staff. The maids did a great job cleaning our room.

Honeymoon
We stayed here for our honeymoon the staff kindly decorated our room before we arrived which was a lovely touch - so thank you to the staff for that. I have to say all staff we came into contact with were lovely and polite which makes a huge impact. Our room was nice and spacious lovely view of the pool was quite a modern room some decor issues in the bathroom were door was damaged etc. We chose to go bed and breakfast as we always do the breakfast was not on par with a 4* star hotel i have to admit there is quite alot of choice but I have stayed in other 4* hotels in tenerife and the breakfast has been amazing and I find for the capacity of the hotel the amenities in the dining room are small which makes you feel squashed in. The pool area is lovely you have to be up between 8/9am to get a sunbed some days you could go down mid day and there was a few there and other days just beds with towels on and no one on them. The pool was nice but unfortunately it is full of black debris every single day by the end of my week stay I was washing out my bikinis because they were just full of black debris from the pool. The animation team work tirelessly from morning to night to make sure there is entertainment on and for everyone. Overall I probably wouldn't stay here again just due to the fact we prefer an adult only hotel but I would say this is a 3* not a 4* this hotel has a lot of potential to be a strong 4* but is lacking TLC, we were worried about the reviews coming here but it really isn't as bad as people say and the location is perfect!

Great stay
Brilliant location, 5 minute walk to beach, bars restaurants and shopping facilities. Really friendly staff and good choice of food. Quiet on a night after the entertainment ends. Good pool, it does get a bit rowdy but at the end of the day it's just kids and teenagers enjoying themselves. Definitely coming back. The hotel is really clean, after some of the reviews I read I thought I was coming to a filthy place and awful food. Obviously these are used to eating fish fingers, chicken nuggets and pizza.
Recent Stay
Initially had an issue with my room which was resolved immediately. The location of this Hotel is perfect , with a huge choice of great bars / restaurants / shops close by . The Hotel staff are great , always eager to help and pleasant to interact with . Some parts of the Hotel are a bit tired at this point but if you wanted a nicer Hotel in this location it would cost quite a bit more I would imagine. Would definitely return for a second stay
