Stayed here 5th to 19th sept room 1137 amazing hotel staff very friendly from reception to restaurant to animation team food is excellent if you can’t find something to eat in this restaurant you have an issue room was very clean in arrival and was kept clean throughout our stay only issue we had was we would have preferred a chest of drawers rather than a desk but we managed Daniel’s bar serves excellent food very good value for money if you need a snack close enough to all las Americas has to offer it was our wedding anniversary whilst there and they left a bottle of bubbly and some chocolates in our room overall a fantastic stay and we will be back next year thank you oro negro xx

The staff are the 5 stars
Hotel is dated and not very well cleaned. The room was caked in dust and dirt, same goes for the bathroom. Didn’t complain as it’s obviously a standard which they are accustomed to with training at this standard .we didn’t feel the point to mention it with that much dirt. Clearly not something they focus on. Our room was sadly adjacent to the most nuisance family you could have the pleasure to share a floor with. Kept guests awake all night shouting and laughing both in the corridor and the room. We had to complain which reception did take seriously and it was dealt with. Their kids were pressing all the buttons in the lift creating a back log of guests trying to access. The gem of the hotel is the staff, from Victor at reception who was very friendly to the lady who made the eggs at the egg station. The staff are what makes the hotel great to be honest.

Value for Money!
We booked to stay here in january 26, but after reading poor reveiws, we wondered whether we should change our hotel. We didnt, so we wernt sure what to expect. We stayed here from 9th / 16th september, and was pleasantly suprised. Room (355) was a little dated, but clean, we were half board and the food was very good all the time we were there, the pool area looked crowded, but we are beach people, and didnt spend any time there, so cant really comment on it. It is a good 20 min / 30 min walk to the beach, but well worth it, but plenty of mobility carts to hire if you struggle to walk that far. Also, we paid less for beds and parasol than we did 5 years ago in benidorm. Bar prices for drinks at the hotel, which were all branded names were very reasonable as well, and even the evening entertainment was good, lots of effort put in by staff and artists alike. Overall, a good value for money hotel, and dont be put off by the negative reviews.

Lovely hotel.
Just back from a 10 day stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and friendly and always say hello. Food is lovely and there is plenty of options which was good as Iam a fussy eater. On arrival we where upgraded to a newly refurbished room which was a lovely surprise that had a massive walk in shower. Will definatley come back, hopefully next year. Sunbeds round the pool get unchained at 10am and 9am on the solarium.
