The complex is situated just 800 metres from Playa de las Vistas Beach, and within easy access of the main attractions that the area has to offer. The apartments are beautifully appointed, and come complete with modern amenities for added comfort and convenience. The apartments offer a relaxing home away from home in which to completely unwind. The complex affords guests a number of excellent facilities, catering to the needs of every type of traveller. Loft rooms are situated on the second floor of the building without any other access to it than by staircase. They are skylight rooms with a distribution similar to studios. No balcony nor terrace are available for this type of rooms.

Definitely not the best
We are currently at the hotel and the first thing to say is that the name is very confusing. It is nowhere near the beach. There is another called the compostela beach and unsurprisingly it is right next to the beach. We actually thought we booked that hotel!!!! Anyway, it is very basic here, there is loads of work going on in the pool area and the photos make it look way better than it is, especially the pool area. We have a duplex apartment and to be fair it is ok but nothing special. Breakfast isn’t very good and thank god we only have B and B as there are lovely places to eat in playa but obviously cost a few quid. Passes to Siam park are ideal as we have actually been there just to sunbathe at the amazing Siam beach with the huge waves and also use the lazy river which is 2 mins away.

Average Hotel
Booked as a cheap get away - hotel is very basic, needs a good re-vamp - currently work going on around the pool, which is well needed - but communication about the work isn’t made with residents - they are moving the work around outside, . We were very glad to have an apartment with our own pool - which was totally bliss ! the hotel is quite a good walk from golden mile area. Staff were polite and friendly. The room was regularly serviced - beds changed and regular towel changes, beds very comfortable - the whole hotel needs a refurb but for a cheap week away we couldn’t complain. We probably wouldn’t return unless we could be guaranteed our own pool again.

Cheap budget hotel in good location
Good budget hotel. Don't bother paying prices at bar and restaurant. Much better options across road and cheap supermarket. Rooms clean and modern - loft apartment - but ac rubbish. Regular cleaners 5 days a week. Great location. Taxis rip you off though so be careful. Would be 3 stars but for the price. Cant complain at the price we paid tbh

Great stay
A great 7 nights in this complex. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Room was modern and well presented with all that was required for our stay. Close to super market, 12 minite walk to the beach. Only slight issue was air-conditioning was pretty poor. Invested in a fan which resolved the problem.

Been here since tuesday 1st not once as a room been cleaned went to reception to complain and all I got was the cleaner been up weve ad dirty towels for 2 days no bins been emptied no bathroom as been cleaned or beds changed disgusting
