Shame about the food. Felt like we were eating in a cookhouse. Lots of noise, unfriendly staff and the food quality was adequate but on some days very poor. However, we would like to mention Nadir and Lucas were outstanding. They were so friendly and so much fun.
Restaurant service
I want to share my experience staying at this hotel. I have never seen such terrible service in a restaurant. The quality of the food is very poor. The waiters completely ignore you—they serve the Spanish guests first! I was in shock! Room always nice and clean! The women who clean the hotel and the rooms are just amazing!

Hotel ok
Hotel was lovely but no kids club and we tried a few times and food was boring the child waited all week for Micheal Jackson act but on the night they had a women singing I was not the only family going mad I would stay but only b and b
Amazing hotel, great service, overall really enjoyable stay
Amazing holiday! Staff have all been so lovely with quick drink service at the buffet and bars and the receptionist even gave us a bag of snacks when we arrived as we missed the all inclusive that day. The atmosphere has been amazing too! Always stuff going on by the pool in the day and the entertainment at night has been great too. Cleanliness has been great, clean towels everyday and room service everyday. we had a slight aircon issue and it was resolved immediately. The room has been lovely, the bed is so comfy and lots of storage space for clothes. The hotel is in a prime location for other food locations and bars, can quickly get onto the main strip aswell as some other bars surrounding which have been great and easy to get to and from. Seeing as we are right on veronica strip you actually can’t hear the noise of the strip which has been great! Overall, the options for food and drink and the staff have made the stay worth it and enjoyable. The hotel as a whole has been one to never forget, it’s stunning! Would recommend to anyone wanting to come to tenerife
