Yuri was amazing
Yuri was absolutely amazing with our son. Playing with him in the pool and creating games for them to play together suitable for a 7 year old. He is a credit to the hotel we would 100% recommend. Thank you

Will be back again and again! Stayed bed and breakfast so we could always go out and explore in the evening and that was perfect for us. Upgrading to the room with roof terrace made the holiday, our room was massive with 3 balconies! With amazing views from each balcony, we loved sitting up there looking out. Never found a hotel with a room like this for such a good price! definitely recommend!

Great stay
Second time of staying in the hotel, this time just for 4 nights. We paid for a golf view room which are so much nicer decorated than the standards rooms. Breakfast is okay, but to be fair we not really breakfast people and prefer to go out for a coffee somewhere. Hotel is spotless and the pool area is well kept. Mixture of all ages but wasn’t as lively as a previous visit in July 2024. Takes a good 20 mins to walk to the golden mile and it is in the middle of no where so bare that in mind if you just wasn’t to nip out, no shops on door step . It is on a hill too so when it’s hot it’s a bit of a hike especially if you have walked from torviscas area, the road is just all up hill. However taxis from golden mile approx 6 euros so issue. Taxi rank right by hotel as well which is really handy. If you are into golf the americas golf course just round corner which is a stunning course and you can hire clubs from a shop in the hotel. Only negative is the hotel room doors don’t have a soft closer so every time someone closes their doors in the night it’s so loud. A big plus for me is the sunbed situation . We only go around the pool from about 3 onwards and there was always beds available. Music does play round the pool which can be a little loud, but apart from that had a great stay and will return
