Very clean hotel
First of all the good points: beautiful kept gardens, lovely warm pool, spacious accommodation, hotel and rooms spotlessly clean, plenty of sunbeds - no need to reserve, lots available all day. Animation team do a fine job. Showers available all day if you have to check out hours before your flight. Not so good points: food very poor. It's never warm, cold plates, very repetitive starters and sweet courses. Drink service at dinner is very hit and miss. They ask what you want as you enter and bring it to you. 3 times out of 7 it never came so we had to remind them. Then if you want a second drink, you have to go all through it again. The service in restaurant is poor. Evening entertainment is average at best. Would I go again - no. Did I enjoy it - yes, but it wasn't worth the £2K I paid for 7 days.

Lovely hotel
This is a lovely hotel, the grounds have lovely gardens and restaurant is full of plants and hanging baskets it's a lovely hotel to relax in. The staff are friendly and work hard including the entertainment staff. The rooms are lovely, comfortable although there are no drinks provided for AI. The walk into town is not far but a little bleak, taxi is not expensive, Sam park is only 5 mons in a taxi.
Amazing hotel
Great hotel very aesthetic about a €6 taxi down to the strip areas and the beaches. Great foods every night very tasty and great drinks although the alcohol is very strong.

Highly recommend this resort! We were upgraded to the 2 bedroom villa with private pool free of charge which made the holiday even more incredible!
The room was amazing and having the private pool was a great luxury. The whole villa was extremely clean throughout and plenty of towels provided. We asked at reception one morning for fresh towels and within an hour the whole villa had been turned down which was great service.
Buffet is quite small but by far the best quality food we have ever had at an all inclusive. Different theme every night kept the options varied. Staff were very attentive at meal times giving table service for drinks and clearing empty plates very quickly.
The pool area was also very clean and never too busy. Never struggled to get a sunbed. Some people were leaving towels on beds from very early in the morning, these were never removed but not really a problem as there were always free beds somewhere. It would have been annoying if the resort was busier though as we saw towels left on beds for several hours.
The choice of all inclusive drinks was also very good... about 8 cocktails to choose from and also sangria, wines, cider, beers etc. Service always very quick and friendly and you could take drinks to pool area no problem.
We loved the resort so much we would always stay here when coming back to Tenerife... and we have never been to the same hotel twice before!

Amazing place. Rooms are lovely and clean. The atmosphere is fantastic, staff are friendly and can’t help you enough.
