H10 Conquistador

My wife and I returned to H10 Conquistador just a few months after our previous stay in May, when we celebrated our 45th wedding anniversary. Our first visit was so wonderful and memorable that we knew we wanted to return. This time, we came back to celebrate my wife’s 67th birthday a little early, and once again, H10 Conquistador gave us so many reasons to leave with beautiful memories.

The Hotel, Facilities and Overall Experience

H10 Conquistador is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location in Playa de las Américas. We particularly love its welcoming atmosphere, wonderful sea views and the quality of its facilities. The variety of amenities and the pleasant surroundings make it a truly enjoyable place to stay.

The infinity pool is absolutely stunning — beautifully maintained, clean and offering magnificent views. Privilege Village and the Privilege Lounge are also excellent spaces that make the whole experience even more enjoyable. The jacuzzi in Privilege Village, with its dreamy views, was another highlight that we particularly loved.

Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent, and we were impressed by the care and attention given to maintaining the facilities and looking after guests.

Our Privilege Room — Cleanliness, Space and Outstanding Sea Views

On both visits, we were delighted with our Privilege Room experience. The rooms were clean, spacious and very comfortable, providing us with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay.

What made the experience especially memorable, however, was the magnificent sea view. The direct views of the sea were truly breathtaking, and we enjoyed them every time we looked out from our room. Without doubt, this beautiful view was one of the highlights of both our stays at H10 Conquistador.

Breakfast — An Excellent Start to Every Day

Breakfast was excellent, with a generous selection and a wonderful variety of choices. The quality and range of food made it a pleasure to start each day, and breakfast was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our stay.

Food and Restaurants

The food was excellent — delicious, enjoyable and consistently of a very high quality. One of our favourite features was the grilled meat and seafood available every evening. We particularly enjoyed the variety of grilled dishes served at dinner.

Alongside the main courses, there was also a lovely selection of delicious starters, excellent desserts and fresh fruit. This variety made the dining experience feel complete and enjoyable, with something lovely to look forward to at every meal.

Our sincere compliments go to the kitchen team and everyone working behind the scenes. Their hard work and dedication clearly contribute to the quality of the food and the enjoyment of the guests.

Evening Entertainment

The evening entertainment deserves special recognition. The shows were entertaining, well organised and professionally presented. We genuinely looked forward to the evenings, and every night offered something enjoyable to watch. The entertainment added so much to our holiday, and we had a wonderful time.

The People Who Made Our Stay Truly Special

As beautiful as the hotel and its facilities are, it is the people who make the greatest difference. H10 Conquistador has a wonderful team, and we would like to express our sincere appreciation to several members of staff who made a particularly positive impression on us.

Rafael deserves special thanks. He remembered us from our previous visit in May and welcomed us back with such warmth and friendliness. It was genuinely touching to be remembered, and his lovely welcome immediately made us feel at home again.

Edward, whom we got to know during our second visit, was equally impressive. He was kind, helpful, caring and always willing to assist. His warm manner and genuine willingness to help made a very positive impression on both of us.

We would also like to thank Laura Ramirez and Rebecca Gordijn for their kindness, attention and assistance. Their consideration contributed to the very positive impression we have of the hotel and its team.

And a very special mention goes to Sandrine Melebeck.

Before both of our visits to H10 Conquistador, I had been in contact with Sandrine by email. Throughout our correspondence, she was always kind, thoughtful and genuinely welcoming towards us. Even before meeting her in person, her warmth and hospitality had already made a wonderful impression on me. However, until our most recent visit, I had never had the opportunity to meet her face to face.

I was therefore absolutely delighted when I finally met her in person during this visit. She welcomed both my wife and me with the same warmth and kindness that we had experienced through our email correspondence, and once again, we were fortunate to receive her genuine care and attention. It was a real pleasure to discover that her warmth and hospitality were just as sincere in person.

During this stay, I wanted to arrange a little birthday surprise for my wife, and Sandrine kindly offered to help. Her thoughtfulness helped make the occasion even more special and added another beautiful memory to our holiday.

What touched me most was not simply the gesture itself, but the genuine warmth, consideration and sincerity behind it. Sandrine told me how pleased she was to contribute, even in a small way, to the beautiful memories we would make. To me, those words perfectly capture the true spirit of hospitality.

Dear Sandrine, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness and thoughtfulness, both through our correspondence before our visits and during our face-to-face meeting, meant a great deal to us. Your warmth will always remain a special part of our memories of H10 Conquistador.

A Four-Star Hotel That Exceeded Our Expectations

Although H10 Conquistador is officially a four-star hotel, the overall quality of our experience exceeded what we would normally expect in many aspects of a four-star stay. The excellent facilities, wonderful food, enjoyable entertainment and, above all, the outstanding hospitality of the staff made our experience truly exceptional.

We returned because our first stay had been so memorable, and we are delighted that our second visit gave us even more wonderful experiences and people to remember.

Our sincere thanks go to the entire H10 Conquistador team — from reception and the restaurant and kitchen teams to housekeeping, the entertainment staff and everyone working behind the scenes. Your hard work, kindness and attention to detail make a real difference and help create such a welcoming atmosphere.

For my wife and me, H10 Conquistador is no longer simply a hotel where we have stayed. It has become a special place associated with important moments in our lives, exceptional hospitality and memories that we will always treasure.

We returned to London with happy hearts and beautiful memories, and we sincerely hope to return again.
