100% recommend this hotel. Sandrine in customer relation was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Clarissa in privilege lounge was outstanding. Tried 4 out of the 5 restaurants. Would recommend the Italian and the buffet. Privilege lounge and terrace is the way to go.
Had a great time, brilliant location, rooms spotlessly clean, staff can’t do enough for you, would definitely recommend the stay at this hotel and are looking to rebook for next year.
Me and my son had a wonderful time in this hotel. The stuff is wonderful. We would like to thank a lot to Maria in restarant for making my son's birthday so special. Thank you Maria for you kind heart and care. You made our special day even more special!
Just back from a 1 week stay. Rooms- we had 1 Seaview room+1 standard double both on 3rd floor. Rooms were spacious+ had everything you need. This included the mini fridge (stocked on day 2), all toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel+moisturizer, toothbrush/paste, razors etc. We had a fantastic seaview from both rooms, the only difference was the more expensive Seaview room also overlooked the pool. Sunbeds- don't listen to reviews saying this was a problem, it really wasn't+ we were there in the peak of summer holidays. I went down at 8am our first morning+ there were about 20people queuing but there were empty beds in all areas until 10 every day. You MUST stay with your bed until 9am or lifeguards bag up all your belongings+ remove them. They also did this on one day which was busy if you left your head for over an hr your stuff was removed. This was fine for us but some larger groups were complaining that they felt they had to rush lunch to make sure they did not lose their beds. The sun hit the top deck+ rear of the pool first but other areas were in the shade until later. We loved the top deck with a gorgeous sea view watching the surfers+ later in the evening watching the sunsets. Pool- pools were all lovely. Only problem from our point of view was not being being allowed to play ball or have any inflatables which is the main fun my teenagers usually have! We would go back to this hotel as a couple but not with our kids for this reason. There were activities 6 days a week including aqua aerobics, a water mat, inflatable etc and also darts, dancing etc. We got towels from the spa €15 each+ refunded at the end, you could change for a fresh towel for €1. Staff- all staff were wonderful, friendly+helpful. The only staff who were a bit miserable were the lifeguards! Food/drink- excellent food for every meal. We had one meal in the steak house which was lovely but otherwise ate at the buffet or Mencey (need to book even for lunch). The only faff we had was as we had 2 rooms we couldn't book a table using 1 app had to do 2 separate bookings which was a bit fiddly but not the end of the world. Wide range of food with pizza, pasta, fresh fish or meats, Chinese noodles made to order, cheese, fruit, full range for breakfast - could not fault the food. Wine was lovely+ could have a glass of mini bottle with meals. Wide range of cocktails, branded drinks+beer included. Entertainment - overall was good. They had a tropical party on the first night which was very professional+ extravagant. We stayed to watch ch until 10pm but as we had been traveling since 3am went to bed to get some sleep. We were very frustrated that the show went on until 1am at a very loud volume, including 20 drummers making it impossible to sleep - any other night we would have probably stayed down+enjoyed it but we were shattered+ if you didn't want to watch there was no escaping the noise and my daughter found it very distressing (we had asked for a quiet room as she is autistic+ has sensory issues). Anyone trying to get young children to sleep would have struggled too. There was an 80s band, millennial band, karaoke night, circus etc. Compared to some hotels we have been the entertainment was very good! Location- perfect location. Right on the beach front, 5 mins walk to the beach, lots of shops, restaurants+bats nearby+ 20mins either direction to the other resorts. Also only 20 mins to airport (€30)& Siam Park. Overall we had a wonderful time+ would recommend the hotel.
Had a lovely relaxing 5 night getaway. Stayed in the Privilege rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. Loved the relaxing atmosphere of the privilege area. Steakhouse meal could have been better, ordered my steak medium well but it arrived medium rare. Can't fault the wait staff who were so attentive. Special shout out to Claudia at breakfast who remembered our drinks order every morning
