This holiday-complex which is located in the entertainment district, welcomes its guests at just 100m from the tourist centre of Playa de Las Americas and a mere 50m from the sea. The famous beaches of southern Tenerife start just 200 metres away, but the tranquil surrounding of the venue make it seem as if one is on an uninhabited island. This feeling is enhanced by the atmosphere in the spacious bungalows, all of which come with fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms, perfect for enjoy a good night sleep after a day of basking in the sun. Speaking of the latter there are plenty of options - from the four outdoor pools all heated in the winter, the multifunctional sports facilities and the bicycle rental services, one can spend each waking moment outdoors. There are also quite a few choices for relaxing - a soak in the Jacuzzi, massage or a good book in the quiet garden. It is the perfect choice for any vacation; the hotel boasts spectacular beaches, outstanding service, and thrilling activities.

Amazing hotel! Can’t wait to return.
We went as a big family of 9, we had an Amazing time! The staff are super friendly and helpful. The set up of the kids pools are great and love that the rooms are all ground level so no stairs or lifts needed. The TUI kids club was also great, my son actually said ‘the best part was the kids club, the ladies are the best’ as we left!
The food is good and variety is decent, drinks were also very good, it’s nice to have an all inclusive where cheap versions of spirits aren’t used! The staff in the restaurant were brilliant and great with the kids, Juan was hilarious and the kids spoke about him a lot - Jesus was also super lovely!
The hotel is very clean and they do a great job with keeping it lovely.
Only negatives would be to not allow people to smoke on the sunbeds next to the kids pool and putting their ash and butts on the floor, perhaps a designated smokers area would be better. Also the steps into the kids pool are blue so you can’t see them, so there were quite a few bruised toes and knees, maybe some different colour paint/lines would be helpful.
Overall an amazing holiday, lots of memories and we’re all very sad to be home!!
Honestly one of the best holidays I've ever had.
Honestly one of the best holidays I've ever had. The staff are friendly. The rooms facilities are always clean. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Despite being in a fairly busy part of Tenerife there is functionally no noise bleed from the surrounding area, and what little does come through does not make it into the rooms. The activities and events might be of a lower quantity than other holidays I've been on, but have been a far better quality with the staff clearly having put much thought and dedication into ensuring everyone has a good time.
Aqua Aerobics
We took part in the aqua aerobics with Eniko and she was brilliant!! Really enjoyed it she is amazing!! 😁😁

I took part in the aqua aerobics and it was brilliant!! Lots of fun and Eniko was an amazing instructor and took us through lots of dances, would definitely do it again!!
Lovely family holiday
We had a lovely holiday here in August. We were really pleasantly surprised! We were able to get a couple of sun loungers most of the time, at various times of day.
There were short queues to get a drink but nothing terrible!
Staff were lovely, our kids loved the entertainment. Staff were very very kind to our son, who broke his arm while we were there. Honestly the nice staff, and the kids club, saved our holiday as he could no longer use the pool. The staff were lovely and kids club is in an air conditioned room, which was great.
Cleaners were great, everywhere was very clean.
On a practical note, there are washing machines and they cost 4euros. The hotel also sells little packs of detergent.
Waiters were friendly - especially Marco Polo!
