This holiday-complex which is located in the entertainment district, welcomes its guests at just 100m from the tourist centre of Playa de Las Americas and a mere 50m from the sea. The famous beaches of southern Tenerife start just 200 metres away, but the tranquil surrounding of the venue make it seem as if one is on an uninhabited island. This feeling is enhanced by the atmosphere in the spacious bungalows, all of which come with fully-equipped kitchens and living rooms, perfect for enjoy a good night sleep after a day of basking in the sun. Speaking of the latter there are plenty of options - from the four outdoor pools all heated in the winter, the multifunctional sports facilities and the bicycle rental services, one can spend each waking moment outdoors. There are also quite a few choices for relaxing - a soak in the Jacuzzi, massage or a good book in the quiet garden. It is the perfect choice for any vacation; the hotel boasts spectacular beaches, outstanding service, and thrilling activities.

Aqua dance!
The aqua dance by Luca and Eniko is the perfect and much needed movement in between eating delicious food and lying by the pool! 👙🏊♂️🩱
Emblem not worth a penny!
Stayed here in June. Booked the emblem with TUI. Totally not worth the money. On arrival the jacuzzi was full of dead skin and smelt vile. It took around 6 visits within a week for them to finally sort the issue. On numerous occasions meat from the restaurant was raw. Emblem towels never really changed and when they was the cleaner never returned them! Lifeguards to busy talking to the bar staff most of the day. Aswell as the bar staff getting intimate on shift at night. Most days the towels had god knows what stains on them. The manager Rebecca was rude and very unhelpful. Reception staff never explained emblem upgrades on arrival. To be honest felt like the whole emblem thing is a scam. Asked bar staff for a proper alcoholic drink and they still pour the cheap stuff. It’s a shame as this was the 3rd year on the run return and it’s gone downhill. Had so many issues and the responses were rude and useless.

Lovely family holiday
We had a lovely holiday here in August. We were really pleasantly surprised! We were able to get a couple of sun loungers most of the time, at various times of day.
There were short queues to get a drink but nothing terrible!
Staff were lovely, our kids loved the entertainment. Staff were very very kind to our son, who broke his arm while we were there. Honestly the nice staff, and the kids club, saved our holiday as he could no longer use the pool. The staff were lovely and kids club is in an air conditioned room, which was great.
Cleaners were great, everywhere was very clean.
On a practical note, there are washing machines and they cost 4euros. The hotel also sells little packs of detergent.
Waiters were friendly - especially Marco Polo!
