An abundance of facilities at La Siesta:
There is plenty on offer for guests who wish to burn off some energy, such as the hotels on-site fitness centre and tennis court. As well as the choice of two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, both surrounded by sun loungers and parasols to help guests kick back and relax. Next to the pool is a bar, where you can get some refreshments and snacks. The hotel has a second bar called the ‘Palapa Bar’. Guests can enjoy their meals at the hotel’s restaurant, serving international cuisines in a buffet style, with some occasional themed dinners throughout the week.
Other facilities featured at the hotel include a spa, hot tub & jacuzzi, beauty shop and barbers. For children, there is a dedicated area called ‘Magic Park’ housing a mini club with a ball pit and slides, and for older kids or even adults - a games room full of electronic games, snooker, table football and other paid services.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very well organised and we were especially impressed with the pool area. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
The food was good overall, although we would have loved to see a bigger selection of fresh fruit and vegetables. Other than that, we really have nothing to complain about.
The evening entertainment usually finished after 11pm, but noise was never an issue. The sound system was positioned really well, so we could barely hear it from our room.
My mum and I came back feeling completely relaxed and well rested. We had a wonderful holiday and would happily stay here again! ❤️
Not 4 star
Location of hotel is perfect lots of nice bars and restaurants near the area. We arrived around 10pm as our flight was delayed . We were half board so missed the evening meal asked the reception if there was any food to eat at the hotel the now was told no you will get a voucher on the day that I leave for a lunch. was surprised by this as when I have arrived late at most 4 star hotels there is small selection of food for late guest traveling. We were given a key for the safe £21 for the week. When I arrived at the room the room looked nice facing the pool area but there was a strong stale smell. Husband opened the safe and found a cockroach in the corner of safe , went down to receptionist if she could move us . Was told that there was no other rooms available she explained that she would get cleaner to spray and clean the room, we went out to get something to eat while this was getting done. When arrived back to room I found that the cover that was on top off the sheet was make up mark at the bottom turned over so you didn't see at first. We ate out most evenings as the food was certainly not 4 star, the food was basic you could find something to eat but not much variety to choose from. The pool area - sun loungers and tables were not clean they were left over night in the same position and wiped down in the morning but found that they were ingrained with marks found chewing gum in several table . Staff we found friendly and polite .

Room not as expected and maids going through bags
Just arrived home from a week stay at this hotel, firstly when we arrived the room didn’t meet our expectations based on the images provided on the booking. We stayed in a standard double room (158) which is overlooked by the large windows situated in front of the main stairs and lifts, so everybody can see right into the balcony and room whilst your trying to get ready etc. We asked to be moved which couldn’t be fulfilled as the receptionist stated they had no rooms available.
Secondly, our first full day we went back to the room to see my partners bag had been gone through and was left open this then happened a further two times. The third and final time we had gone down to breakfast and was no more than 45 minutes came back to the room to the maid in the room and the bag open again to which I asked her why is the bag open, it wasn’t when we went to breakfast. The maid then claimed she didn’t understand me and acted sheepish, left the room and we never saw her again. Luckily nothing was stolen, we can only imagine she was looking for euro notes which thankfully we didnt leave in the bag. This was all escalated to the Jet2 rep who seemed rather disappointed in this and made the hotel manager aware but we heard nothing more. On check out yesterday we notified the receptionist to which she just said sorry this has happened but tbh couldn’t care less. After looking at the reviews on here I think we aren’t the only ones this has happened to however we’ve had a lucky escape as nothing was actually stolen.
Will never stay here again, felt really unsafe coming back to the room each day with our 3 year old daughter.

I had already put a review up on google about what they did to me during my stay and even with evidence I have they have completely rejected my statements and refused to resolve the issue.I would not advice booking with them as this is a hotel that refuses to take accountability for what they do. I will be reporting them further.
This was my original review: Avoid this hotel at all costs and book a better hotel! As soon as I entered my room, there was someone elses poop around the toilet seat. The hotel was dirty, some of the cutlery and bin was broken, and I had a very uncomfortable stay. I also developed rashes on my hand, which was caused by the quilts. The beds would make you itch a lot To make matters worse, I was repeatedly locked out of my room every time I left it. I complained to the hotel and gave them the opportunity to resolve the situation, but they have not replied or taken any action. I would not recommend this hotel. You are better off staying somewhere that maintains proper hygiene standards and actually listens to and responds to its customers. It is not worth it for the price, stay well clear from them!!
Even though I have clear pictures that someone elses poop was on the seat when i first checked in, they have refused this and even though they can check their own cctv and see that i was locked out of my room every lunch time, they have still refused to look into this. Probably the worst hotel i have ever dealt with and will be contacting my bank for a full refund.

Lovely hotel great location this was the 3rd time we have stayed here . Once in a club room pool view and twice in a standard room we was over looking the road with a little view of the sea 😃. Nice quiet the rooms are the same . Just no pool view . Now the food S improved ! We thought it was a lot better . Staff we met was friendly . Like others have said the pool side is slippery ! Never saw entertainment as we went out at night . Sunbeds have to be up early only two of us but still struggled to get a brolly but we did one . The location for us is good . Looking to book again for next year 👍 x
