Holiday completely spoiled by loud weed smoking stag parties whom seemed to be there 24/7…….
Thank you in advance Ole tropical management for thanking me for my review. Although it would possibly be better, if, instead of providing generic copy and paste type answers to these concerns that you actually did something about them for once. Looking back over a couple of years reviews, numerous people have raised the same concerns as myself and you just reply saying ‘sorry we didn’t meet your expectations’ how you ‘aim to give everyone……’ blah blah. It’s nonsense & meaningless. Never again.

Ok hotel
If you have mobility issues this hotel could be a problem it's up a hill great going into the beach/shop areas but getting back could be a problem. Also the transfer coach drop you quiet abit away from the hotel reception at the bottom of a hill Staff here friendly the food is ok but repetitive rooms basic but ok cleaning staff are good if you need extra towels etc not a problem. Sunbeds do get claimed early and staff seem to allow it to happen. Close to Veronica strip .siam mall /watermark a short walk away

All inclusive problems
The location of the hotel was great, rooms were clean and spacious but lacked a kettle to make tea or coffee, Atmosphere was nice and chilled, food was good The only problem we had was when a large group of men arrived and were loud and abusive to guest and staff, And there didn't seam to be any protocols in place to deal with the issue, after multiple complaints from guests, would off been easily taken care off by refusing to serve them

We arrived home after a 5 night stay at Olé Tropical had the most amazing time. From arriving late on the first night reception and the bar staff were so friendly and helpful. The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant thank Diego, Manu, Tamas, Vlad. Great food, great music! Beautiful room, cleaners kept it nice and clean every day. All inclusive is a great value for money! A nice touch was staff regularly handing out treats for all the guests ice creams/mojitos around the pool! I will be returning to this hotel.
Great but has its drawbacks.
We stayed at this hotel at the end of August to late September 2026.
The Good:

Breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the choice and quality was amazing we loved waking up in the morning because of this.

Entertainment happens often throughout the day and evening meaning you always have something to do.

Nearly all hotel staff were very pleasant and friendly.

Bar was reasonably priced for drinks.

The location itself is excellent for those wishing to visit Siam Park as it’s only a 15-20 minute walk away.
The Bad:

The bed was just two single beds pushed together. They were also very firm and harsh on our backs.

Sunbeds. There are signs around the pool telling guests they CANNOT leave towels on sunbeds unattended. Yet these rules were not enforced by the staff which meant people were getting up as early as 6am to reserve sunbeds. Also, on our first day we sat on a double sunbed, after half an hour the lifeguard angrily told us that we cannot use it as it has an up charge. An upcharge for a sunbed at a hotel you’re already paying to stay at. There are signs on those sunbeds informing of this but they are so small we missed them at first. There were many other guests that fell foul of the double sunbed upcharge.

As for the lifeguard that man was quite grumpy and was not pleasant to be around. Whenever we saw him interacting with guests it was never positive.

The shower in our room had poor drainage and always came close to flooding.
