We stayed here 7/9/26 until 14/9/26 location great ,rooms lovely everything you need cleaning by staff very good very clean & service good all staff very courteous & helpful also we had no noise . What was really annoying was people still putting down towels about 7.30 in the morning rubber rings in the pool along with balls being thrown about i did'nt pay for this i payed for an holiday. My family & i were disappointed with the food i had a juice on 1st day & that was the only 1 as they were watered down the porridge was made with water (yuk) bacon was not like bacon it was more like a tin of meat sliced thin . The food was not quality i know they cater for many people but lets have good food ,fruit was lovely lots of choice with deserts also lots of breakfast choice we pay a lot for holidays & expect a better quality of many foods overall holiday was fab & would return but on a sc basis.

I've just come home from a fantastic stay at this hotel - I'm pleased to say that my partner and I thought the hotel and staff were excellent. The general hotel building is well located and looks immaculate. The interior decor is very stylish, and there are beautiful plants and flowers in the grounds that are well maintained too. The cleaning staff work tirelessly to keep all areas looking spotless. The reception and bar staff were always friendly and helpful. It was easy to book a cab with reception - they arrived in about 5 minutes. Reception is manned 24 hours a day. Our room was cleaned thoroughly whenever we requested it by leaving a sign on the door handle. The rooms are really spacious and really well appointed - the kitchenette has everything you might need - fridge, microwave, hob, etc and there's a good size table. The bathroom shower worked well, and it was a good size. Shower gel and. shampoo/conditioner + a hairdryer were all included. The balconies are larger than we're used to, with a table and chairs - we had opted for a room with a nice view of the large pool - which also had the entertainment stage and outdoor bar next to it. The entertainment throughout the day had something for everyone. On various days, we witnessed aqua aerobics, darts, pool competitions and even a fashion show. These lasted about 30 mins each, and then there were quieter moments to just relax. Music played occasionally, ranging from relaxing to fun. After dark, there was a short children's disco at about 8.30 followed by activities like Bingo later on. We have to give a big shout-out to the two ladies from "ABBA Forever" who performed on the stage too. It was amazing to be able to walk down to an ABBA concert on our own doorstep - they even christened me Fernando and sang that song to me! It was a real highlight of the holiday. I should probably say that we could always listen in on the music or events outside or shut off the sound very easily by opening or closing our balcony doors. Despite the very hot weather, the temperature in the room was never a problem. The bedroom and living room/kitchenette each have a large fan on the ceiling. We kept these on the top setting most of the time and were perfectly cool throughout our stay. There did seem to be a bit of a rush to bag pool loungers in the mornings, but we never had a problem getting a place when we went to sunbathe. People seemed to miss the extra sun beds provided all the way round the lounger area, as these rarely seemed to get used.
We didn't try any food during our time at the hotel; we generally opt to use the room's facilities or dine out. But the pool bar was great for drinks, and the snacks looked nice too. The facilities far exceeded what we expected, and as a result, it seemed like great value for money. I really would like to thank all the staff for making our stay so memorable.

Open and honest review we found very very few negatives about this hotel...... The location is great everything is quick walking distance be it restaurants, bars, shops or the beach. The rooms/Apartments are huge and to a good standard. Cleanliness is possibly the best we have come across. Pool is nice size and loads of sunbeds Restaurant we were all inclusive and ate in most days and our group of 4 always found something good to eat , surprised by the negative comments. Staff at reception are brilliant and so are the cleaning staff who keep the whole place spotless.

Negatives: ( Very few)

No Air Conditioning - And this was September all 4 struggled to sleep in the heat and cited it as the only reason we wouldn't return to the hotel.

Nico on the pool bar in the evenings needs addressing, all 4 of us felt he had the wrong attitude for a holiday resort, it was almost like we answered to him, we felt he could be rude and short at times (quite a few times). The other staff were brilliant , we only bring this up as there were 4 of us all adults, between us stayed in many many hotels in our lives and we all took turns to go to the bar and we all said about his attitude.
