This aparthotel is situated within walking distance, about 800 metres, from the closest local beach, known as Las Vistas and it is conveniently located approximately 100 m from the nearest shopping venues, restaurants and bars. Guests will find the nearest public bus stop at around 100 m from the hotel. This is a perfect place for families with children that wish to spend a nice holiday by the sea.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We stayed here in July 26 as a family of 4,With teenage girls I may add,The hotels location is spot on it’s a few minutes walk to golden mile and all the beaches ,a few moments away from Bars,Shops and restaurants. The hotel was amazing very clean and staff very friendly.our room was a 2 bedroom apartment that served us well, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. so the air con fans worked brilliantly we put them on reverse and it quickly cooled us down no need for us to buy a aircon unit from a 3rd party and we stayed in a heatwave at 38c most days.once you close the patio/balcony doors at night you can’t hear anything from the outside so we slept soundly every night. Cleaners are out on their rounds everyday I think we had our bed sheets changed twice the rest of the time the beds were just made. Round the pool was a-bit quieter then we are used too from previous holidays to Majorca and that was ok,I didn't see much of a animation team for toddlers but there was aqua pool/darts/pool table etc,Music round the pool at times and also quieter moments we liked the break in music to fully relax and then enjoyed the music to add to the atmosphere so it was a good mix. We did bed and breakfast only and we don’t drink alcohol so I can’t comment on all the food and drink, Breakfest was what we was used too in any holiday we’ve been on so we was happy. The snack bar at the pool side did the best club sandwich I’ve ever had at only 9 euros. Getting a sun bed ? We only struggled on 1 day to get a sun bed,I do believe our towels was moved by another guest tho they sat in same spot everyday sometimes not been there till 2 in afternoon and when I reasonably timed and placed my towels and went for breakfast they’d been moved and the guest was sat in her usel spot ! I didn’t pursue it cos what’s the point ? Overall this hotel is mint and we will be booking again for 2027 this time for 10 days any bad reviews that have been written (I’ve read them) then please do not be put off or worried go and have amazing experience like we did.
Had a great time, no major issues, don't listen to the negative reviews.
Rooms Spacious, clean and fairly modern. TV in living area with netflix which is handy when kids are chilling. No issues. Yes no air-con but with plenty of air flow through it was ok.
Pool area Pool is big enough and area kept clean. However the usual, come 8am the majority of sun beds have been reserved with towels with no-one present.
Restaurant and AI The quality of food was fine and we always found something we liked. Unlike other hotels we've been to it didn't feel like feeding time at the zoo which was nice. Never too busy. Wine and beer was fine, local spirits used for AI drinks which weren't great but thats AI.
Entertainment Animation team do the best they can, not much happening and a bit lack luster. Night time entertainment is terrible. But there's plenty of things happening outside the hotel.
General Rooms on the south end of the hotel have bars and restaurants below them so can be noisy at night.
If going to Siam Park get a fast pass or you'll be waiting 40-60 mins for most of the slides. 5 minutes away in taxi from the hotel.
Hotel is smoke and vape free which is great! However still plenty of people vaping all over the hotel which is annoying.
What a great hotel! Location is fantastic, rooms spotless, staff friendly and food spot on. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. The negatives are the quality of the evening entertainment and people reserving sunbeds but you get that in most places. Overall would stay again.
This hotel is terrible would never recommend to anyone it's listed as a 4 star which is certainly not true the rooms don't have proper air con and are full of ants
We chose this hotel because it was advertised as a 4-star, family-friendly resort with entertainment and facilities suitable for young children. Unfortunately, our experience fell well below the standard we expected.
One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was for the advertised entertainment programme. However, there was no daytime entertainment whatsoever during our stay. As we were travelling with our 4-year-old child, this was extremely disappointing.
The kids’ club was also a major let-down. My child was only able to attend once because it was rarely open. The hotel advertised a kids’ club, but this facility was simply not available as expected.
In addition, there was never a children’s disco, despite it being advertised as taking place every evening. This was particularly disappointing, as it was something our child had been looking forward to. The evening entertainment for adults was also of a very poor standard and only lasted around 45 minutes each night, which is not what we would expect from a 4-star all-inclusive hotel.
While I cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms, which were kept clean and tidy throughout our stay, the food was another significant disappointment. There was very little suitable choice for a 4-year-old child, and the overall quality and variety of the food did not meet the standard expected of a 4-star all-inclusive resort.
Overall, we feel that the hotel did not provide many of the facilities and services that were advertised, and our holiday experience suffered as a result. We booked this holiday expecting the advertised family entertainment and amenities, but these were largely unavailable.
