This marvellous hotel is strategically located in Playa de las Américas, just a stone's throw from beautiful and stunning beaches where guests can truly relax under the sun. In the surrounding area, visitors will find several golf courses for their enjoyment and plenty of shopping and entertainment options, so that everyone can find what they really like. Surrounded by an extraordinary botanical garden and with excellent facilities, this establishment is the best accommodation option when travelling for business or leisure. All guest rooms are very comfortable and roomy, offering the perfect space for rest and relaxation. Standard ones include a flat-screen satellite TV and a balcony or terrace and there are accessible rooms available with a pool view. The hotel includes two fantastic outdoor pools, one of them heated in winter, apart from other services like evening shows.

Fantastic
Fantastic time here at spring volcano.. fab food weather great.. what else can you ask for.
Disappointing
The hotel was a great experience overall, but unfortunately it was let down by the renovations taking place in the room directly below ours. Every morning from 8:00 a.m. onwards, we were woken by extremely loud banging and drilling. At times, it genuinely sounded as though the drilling was happening inside our own room. We stayed for a week, and this disruption occurred every single day of our holiday. As we were visiting during peak season, I found it disappointing that major renovation work was being carried out while the hotel was so busy. I contacted reception to make them aware of the issue, and while they did offer us complimentary access to the indoor spa (including the pool and sauna), this wasn't particularly useful as we already had access to the outdoor pool. Aside from the noise, we really enjoyed our stay.
Fantastic Hotel!
We stayed at spring hotel Vulcano at the end of June this year. From start to finish, this hotel and its staff were fantastic. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. The breakfast was very tasty with a great selection for everyone. Plenty of sun beds at the pool without having to queue from early morning. We’re looking forward to getting back again very soon. Couldn’t say enough about this hotel.
Nice hotel but pool area not relaxing
This hotel has lots going for it, great location, staff keep rooms clean, decent pool.
One major complaint is the music around the pool in the afternoons when the DJ is on is way too loud. I mean, deafening. My partner and I could not hear ourselves think when it was playing, it’s headache-inducing. This is supposed to be a family hotel but this is massively off putting to anyone who isn’t a clubbing teenager any more. Could not relax when this was on and would not return here as a result.

The Best Hotel In Tenerife.
Location is brilliant. Not far from the beach and event places. Atmosphere is stunning. Rooms are brilliant great ascetic theme and stunning views. The value of drinks and food is very reasonable which is brilliant. The cleanliness is incredible with such lovely staff. Noise levels are as they should be and when shows are on the noise levels exceed expectations.
