Lovely Hotel, Great Location!
Couples holiday. We were given a family room on arrival which was at the back of hotel overlooking another hotel. No view.. but we appreciated how quiet it was considering all the reviews about noise. We never heard any noise. We were just bed and breakfast which was lovely, lots of choice. Staff very friendly in restaurant and bar. The location is 10/10 right between Costa Adeje and Playa de las americas. Beach right across the street was fabulous. We would go back for location, although we do prefer self catering.

Amazing hotel
For a 4 star hotel, I really cannot fault this hotel. The food was lovely - they provide wide range of options for each mealtime. Despite having a wide range of food available, they still managed to ensure the food was flavourful and enjoyable. We went half board and they let us pick between lunch and dinner daily which was great. The location is extremely convenient as it’s right on the beachfront - does mean it’s noisy at night though. With the balcony doors shut, most of the noise was blocked out. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Really lovely hotel overall, very clean and the atmosphere is relaxed. Would definitely recommend. We’ve had a few stays in the area and this is by far the best.
A very nice stay!
This hotel is a perfect place to stay for a week. We booked with a very short notice and got one of the last rooms available, a junior suite. The stay was exellent. Everythying very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is top notch. Very nice pool area with a good collection and good service at the pool bar. All hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The spa is very good with exellent service and friendly staff. I had a massage in the spa, highly recommend it. The wife had a pedicure that she was very pleased with. Overall good value for money. I am coming back for sure. The location is very good close to the beach and lot of restaurants to choose from in the neighbourhood. Thank you!

Amazing stay

Lovely holiday
Got here at 12 midday, but room wasn't ready till 2pm ,so had a drink in the bar. Room lovely , no complaints at all . Dining room , plenty of tables , staff very hostile, didn't smile much Food, plenty of choice , only 1 cooking station , always a queue, had water with a meal , the fizzy drinks bottles were only small so my glass was only 3" full. And for some reason they never come back to you to ask if you want another drink. Pools, I have a problem with splashing , so the adult only infinity pool was a heaven sent , plenty of sunbeds , lovely bar, but only 1 ladies and 1 gents toilets . Entertainment was good , but we seemed to be sat waiting a lot . Drinks from the outside bar there is always a queue and u have to give them your room card to order , never done this before always had a wristband . The maid came every day, even if we'd got the do not disturb sign up . This is a nice hotel , but the area outside the hotel was a bit rough , we crossed to the beach and went on the train to the golden mile for shops. We were on the 4th floor and could hear music on the strip with our door closed . We had a lovely holiday but sorry to say would not return.
