Well had 10 nights here and we really enjoyed it. We are not one for leaving the hotel when all inclusive and we were perfectly happy with the food and drink available Star ⭐ of the hotel by far is Erika in e The entertainment team. She is very good at remembering names of people and making you feel welcome to the activities, followed by Mary behind the pool bar. Shout out to one of the head waiters in the restaurant as I struggled to use the coffee machine in the bedroom as never used one. He organised someone to come to the room to show me. Breakfast in the morning could be a little more attentive when sitting down you have to get the waiters attention that you would like coffee. Reception pleasant . The bedrooms were lovely Night entertainment by musicians generally a solo or duo were to a good standard . All in all we had a nice time. If you are one for getting out and about then your probably gonna need a taxi as not much around this resort
My husband and I stayed at the Bahia Principe Escape Tenerife in June for 11 nights the room was very modern and spotless we had a king size bed very very comfortable and the room was very spacious with a partial view of the pool and sea .Food at buffet was very good could get a bit repetitive but that is the same will all inclusive hotels we ate at the Gofio in the afternoon sometimes for a change ,we also ate at the Gofio which was one of the alacart The entertainment was good and we could not fault the staff All in all we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return
Beautiful hotel and staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food was very bland and repetitive in the buffet restaurant. We ate once in the pool snack bar but found part of a blue plastic bag in my food and took 1 hour to be served food. €15 per hour if you want to extend your checkout after 12pm. This can be costly if your transfer isn’t until nighttime like us.
We have been here 3 days now and overall value for money it's not bad. I don't normally leave reviews, but on this occasion I feel compelled to do so. One of the bar staff (mary) the name tag says has completely tainted the whole experience. After a Spanish guest pushed in front of me and I pointed this out but made clear is wasn't an issue as 'we're on holiday' he proceeded to conversation with this particular staff (MARY). I'm not sure wat was said but wen I was actually served by this (MARY) she reluctantly slapped an unstirred cocktail in front of me and proceeded to next guest?? I'm like, ok do I need to stir this or something to which I was totally blanked several times to my embarrassment!! Eventually she muttered something in broken English, but I'd had enough and walked away... Wen I went back again, I requested not to be served by this (MARY) and I did admit to her that she was rude and I didn't particularly appreciate the vibe.. To my complete and utter amazement in response to this i was treated to mimics back of 'U RUDE, U RUDE!! And some other unintelligible claptrap to which I just had to walk away.
I just want to say that everything else so far has been fine, beautiful hotel, nice food, everyone of the other staff has been fine, but beware of this extremely rude bar person if u do come here as it has really put a Massive dampner on our otherwise decent experience...
Absolutely excellent hotel, beautiful rooms, brilliant staff, clean, quiet, relaxing . I would not hesitate to return, I spend 100 nights a year in a variety of hotels and this ranks amongst the best of them. We loved our stay, thank you to all of the staff at the hotel!
