Family holiday
Girls in the private lounge were amazing. Yasmina a great chef, Roxi a fantastic hostess, and Talida is an amazing bar keep. Shes so happy and crazy
Rock Royalty
Decided to upgrade to Rock Royalty level which was a great decision! Looked after by Dave in royalty reception who was so helpful thank you! Beautiful breakfast everyday in royal lounge and the staff Yasmina, Andrea, Nao, Roxy and talida were so friendly and engaging! This lounge is also available for afternoon tea (delicious) and evening drinks on 15th floor with amazing views! It did take us a few days to understand "all inclusive" as some food and drinks are an additional charge but staff were always helpful. Pool areas clean but Eden pool (adult) was busy every day - so best to get there early or later in the afternoon. Definitely worth an upgrade if you

Rip off
I have never been to an all inclusive and had to pay for so much. Even a naan bread isn’t included in the all inclusive you have to pay extra. A kids meal of chicken escalope pay extra. Can’t even get a chicken salad around the pool. That’s extra. The padded sunbed €75 a day. They have a sushi restaurant but no sushi free. They want €55 for 20 Pieces. More expensive than London
