Awful hotel in need of a massive upgrade
If I could have given this less than 1 star I would... The worst hotel I have ever stayed in on the island.. Good location but it is in dyer need of an upgrade. My balcony door wouldn't open as it was rotten. The bathroom sink had a large crack in it, the shower and bath were beyond clean with black mould and ingrained dirt. When you sat on the toilet the whole toilet moved and I am not a heavy person. Breakfast was cold every morning with cold bacon and occasionally beans, no sausage, and the tortilla was rock hard, the only alternative was stale pastries or bread.... I threw my breakfast cards away and ate out in town... The pool area is tiny and the pool is only 6 strokes long with a few sunbeds around most of which are cracked and unusable... Find yourself a better hotel and avoid at all costs.

4nights to relax & chill
Great location,nice chilled hotel exactly what I was looking for,I was given a lovely room with a terrace balcony sun bed,parasol,table & chair and was great as the hotel pool was closed under maintenance,probably would have changed hotel if I had known the pool was closed tbh,apart from that I enjoyed my stay rooms basic but clean ,fridge but no kettle ,breakfast was good plenty of choice ,would I stay there again yes
Cheap getaway
This hotel has had lots of poor reviews but you get what you pay for! The room was comfortable and clean, perfect location in the centre of Puerto De La Cruz, nice choice for breakfast! There were a lot of school trips there but it didn’t disturb us at all. Honestly for the money it was great

Comfortable, affordable hotel
I write this review because of all the negative reviews upon this site. I had a lovely quiet comfortable room, lighting and bed linen excellent. This is a very comfortable, affordable hotel in the centre of Puerto de la Cruz. TV had English channels, ie Sky News and CNN. Breakfast was also ok. It was very reasonable so no extras which I understood. The people at reception were very helpful and got me anything I needed. Also had goof WiFi. I recommend this hotel.
