The hotel is situated in the quiet neighbourhood of El Peach in the resort town of Puerto de la Cruz. The botanical gardens can be found only 300 m away. The centre of Puerto de la Cruz and the famous beach at Martianez Lake are just 1.5 km away. There are also links to the public transport network nearby. Parque Nacional del Teide is some 42 km away. The hotel offers apartments spread over 2 floors. It is surrounded by green areas of landscaped gardens, making it an ideal place for rest and relaxation. Guests can recline on the loungers beside the freshwater swimming pool or unwind in the hot tub and sauna. A tennis club located in the vicinity offers a more active pastime option.

Very quiet peaceful hotel
Booked with friends for a lads holiday, probably wasn't the right hotel for that but was still a very pleasant stay none the less. The hotel is almost eerily silent all day, despite the visible presence of other visitors (all families / couples), which is good because the walls in the rooms are fairly thin. No AC either but the ceiling fan did the job well. Nice big Smart TV. Good shower and very clean overall, good amenities in the kitchen as well. Wi-Fi was a little slow at times. Pool was a good temperature every time we went. Biggest issue is probably how far away it is from everything else. There are bars and restaurants dotted around but it's at least a 20 minute walk to the sea front with the main area. I would recommend renting a car, for which there is ample parking space near and around the hotel. Despite a few very minor issues it's a great little hotel and we definitely didn't regret our stay.
Great experience
Myself and my girlfriend stayed one week at this lovely location. 15 minutes to the beach, restaurants close by! Very convenient and quiet location. They staff were so helpful the whole stay. Great room service from Pere. I would love to visit here again
Lovely apartments but area very quiet
We stayed in these apartments for 4 nights and we were given a two bedroom apartment. Reception staff all very pleasant. The apartment was very clean, bed was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We did the half board option so didn’t do any cooking in the apartment but it seemed very well equipped. The food at the sister hotel was amazing, couldn’t fault it. Only downside was the walk to the other hotel which was 15 minutes and quite a hill coming back up. Not ideal for anyone with limited mobility. We hired a car so we drove there a couple of times. The pool is quite small and very very cold. My husband braved it but I didn’t . The downside to these apartments in my opinion is the location. It’s quite a long walk down to the main shopping area and beach and it’s all downhill. Walking there is ok but we got taxis back up as too hot and hilly for us.

Glad we chose here
Excellent place to stay ,rooms great ,staff very friendly and helpful hard walk back from town but taxis cheap and local bus service good ,only improvements could be air con for the height of summer but any other time strongly recommended
Quite relaxing apartments
Our fourth visit to the ambassador. Quiet location, excellent friendly staff, beautiful clean rooms, supermarkets and restaurants very close. Will be returning again next year.
