Disgusting .
I’m currently waiting desperately for jet 2 to help me get to another hotel . I’m actually baffled as to why there are any good reviews for this place ? I arrived at midnight on Saturday . At 2am I asked to move to a different room as 1502 is just a disgrace . It stink of drainage and was depressing / dingy .. like an old people’s bad home . The room I have been moved to is a little better in that it’s not so dingy but it still stank of drains so maintanence man came today to sort that out . The food is awful . The pool area disgusting . If I can not get changed to a different place I’m going home . Yes , the staff are nice but sorry .. this place is depressing and awful .

Thanks for an amazing holiday!
Just got home after spending the week at the Bahia Principe. Had an amazing time. The staff are lovely and very friendly. Our rooms were cleaned everyday. The cleaners are the unsung heroes. Hotel is immaculate, food was good which reminds me, you get 2 al a carte bookings for stays at least 7 days. One night it’s Mediterranean and the other is Italian. Defo recommend it. The views of the sea are spectacular and you can hear the waves with the balcony door open it’s very relaxing. Will definitely come back here one day. Particularly enjoyed the amaretto, mojitos and blood Mary’s. Location is also excellent with the mall next door!

Good experience
I have stayed 11 nights as a solo traveller and nothing to complain about. People having too high exlectations-sorry about that. But room was ok, i had a sea view, cleaned every day. Food was not bad at all (i was half board which was perfect for me), always some type of fish and meet, salads, paella in the evening They can impove the variety of the desserts but other than that, you have everything you need. It's not a 5 * hotel after all. Plus the price you pay for the hotel and what you get is decent. The only thing is at the reception they can be a bit more friendly, when i checked out they didn't ask me if i had a good stay or anything.

Just enjoy the sunshine
Please do not worry about some of the reviews on this hotel I have been pleasantly surprised yes the hotel is slightly dated but everywhere is so clean even outside of the hotel is clean
The staff are very helpful with any questions and all speak good English the only negative I have is a lack of information on meals times you need to look on screen in lift NO information other wise and for drinks it QR codes a sign of the times some people might not have a mobile phone apart from have a enjoy time
Food has been good quality and lots of choices no issues with going hungry Hotel in the ideal location near shops bars plenty to do and see love the area would come back to a different hotel not because of the negative reviews I do not always go back to the same hotels
