This beautiful hotel is located in northern Tenerife, on the coastal town of Puerto de la Cruz. The airport is about 25 minutes' drive away. It is just a short stroll from the heart of Puerto de la Cruz, a charming fishing town where guests can soak in the Canarian atmosphere and let themselves be delighted by the local gastronomy. The sea front promenade is lined with a wide variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Around the pool area, visitors can find a bar which offers snacks and drinks, an outdoor pool and a terrace with comfortable sun loungers. The elegant rooms come with all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant stay. Only Adults hotel, minimum age 16.
An adult (16+) hotel with a nice pool, plentiful supply of sunloungers all day, some light games fun at the pool each day at 11am (free cocktails to be won!) and a nice restaurant with very good options and tastes and an excellently attentive staff. Don’t expect an all-singing, all-dancing, all-action place and you won’t be disappointed. Totally relaxing and very good cleanliness throughout. Puerto de la Cruz is a nice town with a good amount of eateries and shops along its front. Hired a car from Europcar in the town for 4 days for little more than £50 and visited the south of the island twice and Santa Cruz. We went half board on an Jet2 package and our son said it was his favourite holiday we’d been on. If all of that is your thing, then it’s recommended. Las Americas it is not!
The hotel and gardens are beautiful. It is very relaxing. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you. Loved that is was branded drinks included in the All Inclusive and the food was amazing.
Excellent , quite location , away from the town but only a 5 minute taxi ride down the hill. A very relaxing atmosphere around the pool, no booming music from 'Johney Dj's favourite tunes. A little music from the pool area bar but at a very low volume, well done Jessica ! A nice large, clean pool with plenty of sun and comfortable sun loungers. Life guides were generally on top of pool etiquette , no music, use your headphones, no loud conversations and no smoking and vaping, use of plastic glasses and bottles, Although the new guy was less confident about engaging with guests about this. Rooms , food, service and staff were all very good and helpful. Entertainment lady ,Erica was enthusiastic and encouraging, took a few games of her at table tennis! x. Although shuffleboard got a bit annoying being poolside, could do with moving further away , say by the gym. All in all a very relaxing 6 nights, worth the hour drive from the airport and would certainly consider again, special thanks to Jessica at the pool bar and Erica xx.
The Hotel staff were absolutely amazing so welcoming and went out their way to help and support us. Showed us on map places to go and how to get there. The staff in the cafeteria was so nice and friendly. They helped us when help was needed , they acknowledged us when we were there and on our last day they were the first to thank us and say bye. Beautiful hotel with amazing views and the rooms are lovely too.
Just the best holiday. All inclusive, a suite for a little extra, and another perfect stay here. For us, we approach it as a new year holiday re-set and as a sporty couple, take advantage of the (very rare in Tenerife) flat running route around the lovely public gardens at the back of the hotel. The grounds are exquisite, and the hotel never feels overly full (despite staying at the most popular time of year for this hotel). We have returned three times so far, each for a little while longer!
