our stay for our honey moon,

when arriving at the hotel we thought it was a nice hotel, however things suddenly changed,

the rooms were ok but had to request a kettle and cups for the room, and waiting on that was waiting all day,

pool bar if you call it a pool bar was advertised as a swim up bar. only 4 drinks that were involved in the all inclusive drinks, absolute shambles

nothing local to the hotel so very costly for travel, if you wish to stay here good luck and save a lot of money hotel staff rude even tui reps said it’s the worst part of the island to visit, nothing is local and would need to pay taxi or bus rides to places on the island and referred to nothing is local?

the size of the rooms compare to the 12’’ tv couldn’t watch it whilst laying in bed, only listen, when you turn the lights off the tv goes dark with it, kept freezing so poor signal,

when ringing the reception on the phone they never call you back with updates you have to keep calling the

poor bedroom lights very dim and dark no big lights for the room to see when dark,

the room was right outside the back of a sports bar so when trying to sleep music blaring until midnight which isn’t ideal if you want a quiet night or have kids

the drinks IE soft drinks like cola and lemonade was always served flat and for the price of all inclusive was appalling

same food every night so our diet began on very basic, doesn’t cater for all needs of people absolute joke

Cockroaches. Seen 3 non in our room but another guest we knew had 3 in room. Remember tho we in Tenerife like our own countries we have creepy crawlies.

Room. Cleanish. Bed made everyday ( apart Sunday. - day of for cleaners) Clean towels. Didn't spend long in room didnt bother us.

Food Restaurant had lots of choices and enough for vegetarians. Food nice. Pizza restaurant is a must. Really lovely but needed more vegetarian options. But book it you won't regret it.

Animation They are fun and friendly. However they had lots of returning guests there. They seem to be more for them. Cheating in games just so they can win a diploma. Or going to their friends on quiz night same with karoke night. Only the friends could sing. Tip,,,, you have other guests.

Bars. I didnt mind the token exchange makes sense and a cleaner environment. However the barman the one near the snack bar. Is miserable unfriendly and rude. But he does work hard and never stops works long hours.

Snackbar More vegetarian needed. There are burgers sausages hotdogs sandwiches toasties nachos. Wraps etc. You will not starve 11am-6pm

Area Quiet with a few bars restaurants all friendly. Same with Los Gigantes. Both lovely to see. Find the short cut if you want a walk in los gigantes very scenic and you will not have to walk up cardiac bank or lizard stairs. Less than 15mins walk.

A special thank you to charlotte in reception customer relations an asset to the hotel friendly helpful. And all staff are brilliant friendly Apart from barman as mentioned)

Would I go back ABSOLUTELY. Holidays are what you make of them. We had amazing time. Go and have FUN.
