CLUB BIG BLUE SUITE HOTEL / ALANYA / TURKEY - since 2004 - 4 * HOTEL HAS SAVE2STAY CERTIFICATE In Alanya, the pearl of the Mediterranean, the 4-star Club Big Blue Suite is located on a total area of 5000 m2, to bring your holiday expectations together with traditional Turkish hospitality. Our hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to all amenities and attractions, such as the historical castle of Alanya, the famous beaches (Kleopatra beach, Damlataş beach), shopping centers, restaurants and all other facilities, which can be reached on foot . In the year of 2004 our hotel welcomed its first guests. In the winter season of 2017,2018 and 2020 our hotel was renovated, to the wishes and needs of our guests. Our hotel has a total of 127 rooms, divided into 14 standard rooms (max 2 + 1 pax - 20m2), 32 Superior standard rooms (max 2 + 0 pax - 19m2) 7 Eco standard rooms with no balcony (max 2 + 0 pax - 18m2) 70 family Suite rooms (max 3 + 2 pax - 29 m2), 3 family Deluxe suites (max 3 + 2 pax - 33m2) and 1 hot tub Suite (max 2 + 1 pax, 34m2). All rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi (free), minibar, safe (for a fee, split air conditioning, kettle, hair dryer, TV (LCD), large balcony (view: the city, part of the castle and garden view and the swimming pool). In our 3 separate pools (main pool, aqua pool and children's pool) you will have lots of fun with your family. To ensure that our little guests spend more time in the children's pool, this pool was covered and is therefore protected from the sun. There are 2 water slides in our aqua pool. The food is served in an all-inclusive concept and in our buffets, the tastes of Turkish and international cuisine, fresh fruit and fresh Mediterranean vegetables from our professional chefs are presented. In our hotel we have 2 bars (Lobby Lounge and pool bar). The drinks offered in our bars and restaurants, such as Coca-Cola and Efes, and the food, are products of well-known brands with quality.

Great / enjoyable all inclusive holiday
Very good place , very nice place ,enjoyable family place / holiday environment .The Staff are so warm and friendly .We enjoyed the night where the Staff joined the evening party let us feel the community unity .The Hotel ensures the cleanliness of every unit , rooms , bathroom and always well stuffed toiletries Hotel ensures everyone safety .Special mention to Sebastian with a very warm , charming , friendly , compassionate personality .always there to help and very approachable And to the bar tender ( 2 Male Staff, sorry forgotten your names ) thank you , as of course we enjoyed a lot your cocktails drink. We enjoyed the food varieties that your amazed us everyday . Thank you we even celebrated my husbands birthday with a very nice greetings / well wishes with extra gift.Thank you very much . Though we did not have a chance to experience the hotel , spa , massage , wellness service , but of course we enjoyed the pool ambience ., enjoyed the relaxing sun bathing and swimming with family friendly ambience , Though we are 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the beach , we also enjoyed that , we have a chance to walk around the neighbourhood explore walking around before reaching the amazing beach . The other tourist spot / places , they made it accessible with arranged transport and tourist Guide / people .Thank you . About the WIFI service I thought we can access the speed service/ internet , it was poor connection this time ,may be only this time we had poor connection I am not sure what happened then ( maybe this thing can look out for improvement ? ) The location from airport , we did not realised it wil take more than 2 hours ( traffic considered ) Good thing we gave ourselves enough time prepared for our flights timing . But over all , it was a great holiday experience with Big Blue suite club Hotel . Thank you very much .

Amazing Expreiance
Very nice people and very good service the staff here are amazing and generous, anything we needed help they sorted it even though they can’t speak the best English I can understand them fully, Sabahattin one of the hotels crew is a very nice man, compliments us, lets us know directions and just a very happy person he is
Good fun, good food, good staff and very clean.
My partner, her son and myself have just returned after spending a week at the Club Big Blue Suite Hotel. The room was kept very clean, as was the rest of the hotel during our stay. The food was tasty, fresh and varied and hotel staff were friendly, welcoming and happy to assist when asked. A big thank you to the Hotel manager who personally helped us out. This is a hotel that we definitely would return to.

A nice holiday with everything you need
Overall, we had a really nice stay at the resort. The staff was definitely one of the highlights — everyone was very friendly, helpful and hardworking, and the atmosphere was really pleasant and relaxed.
The location was also great. The beach was just a few minutes’ walk away, and we actually enjoyed the walk there. It gave us a chance to see a bit more of the area, observe the local life and get a feel for the surroundings rather than just staying around the resort.
There were different activities every day, so there was always something going on if you wanted to join. The food was also quite varied, especially at lunch, with snacks available during the day and plenty of options for dinner. We never felt like there was anything missing.
The rooms were decent and, most importantly, clean. The resort says the rooms have been renovated, although the renovation is not completely thorough. Some older elements have been kept, such as the refrigerators and parts of the flooring. Personally, this didn't bother me too much, as I didn't spend much time in the room apart from sleeping, so cleanliness was much more important to me.
Overall, a very enjoyable holiday with friendly staff ( BEST CHEF MUSTAFA!! ), good food, a nice atmosphere and a convenient location. I would definitely consider coming back.
