It was fantastic holiday!! We meet Serdar at the first day and he give us a warm big welcome. He fix everything about trips for activity for us and everybody. He is the best hotel guide I have met! Han er en utrolig hyggelig fyr som ser ALLE! Han har gjort ferien fantastisk for oss

Verry good experience because of our tour guide Serdar. Verry hellpful and on time for everything. All the trips booked with him were the best trips i have ever been. 5 Stars just for Serdar!

Best

Good points - room clean, house keeping good- asked for more towels & pillows at reception got them within an hour.
Separate room in family room- massive bonus that 2 adults & 2 teens not in same room.
Lifts were always operational & quick apart from peak times which is expected 
Air con in room- 2 units- so cool had to turn off at times 
Pool clean - no problem getting loungers at 9am 
Waiters clearing tables constantly- very efficient 
Convenient location- short walk to beach & bus stop.
No 1 bus approximately every 20 into town .
A tip is get taxi though & make sure they put meter on- worked out less than £1 more for 4 of us to get taxi rather than bus.

Not so good…
Food! Worst All inclusive I’ve ever been to regarding food. 
I’m used to food being repetitive but it was honestly shocking.
No labels so it was mystery meat dishes every night .
Good luck if anyone goes there with a food allergy.
No basics constantly available- no chips for example apart from one night but offered them on breakfast for 2 mornings?!
Just my youngest that’s a bit of a fussy eater - she struggled several nights as no chicken/ chips available- had to buy her food out.
Literally no entertainment in evening- none! Ended up going out nearly every night.
No cocktails- u could ask for a mix of local spirits but no actual cocktails available?
Bar stops serving at 10pm?! At 9.30 felt harassed to finish drinks as felt like staff wanted to go home!
My husband went to bar at 9.45pm & tried to order 4 drinks - told he could only have 2 as we’re finished soon! 
Over all the beds & room clean- location ok. Food  offer very poor.
It isn’t over run by cats as seen in previous reviews- there are about 6 & they added positives to our break- we bought cat food for them - they don’t cause a problem at meal times at all ….

Disappointed ….have been to AI Turkey hotels 5 times now -

We were dubious about this all inclusive holiday after reading reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised.  I'm not sure what people expect for the price you pay here. 
The food was plentiful with a good variety of choice.  It's not top notch food, but it was good enough and often had specials on. Great selection of desserts. After 10 days there were lots of repeat meals so I'd recommend a couple of evenings/lunches out for variety. Snacks were served daily and were usually nuggets or pizza but once there were burgers that looked, and I'm told they were, delicious.  The drinks were fine. Again, not your branded spirits etc, but still nice including soft drinks. Coffees were excellent and served all day.
It was lovely to be amongst a variety of nationalities and not just Brits. 
The staff were all very professional, polite and helpful. We got an upgrade to a bigger room which was great. Air con worked very well. 
The pool is a good size and the slides are great for kids and adults alike. There is a darts game daily, and usually something mid afternoon (water polo/areobics) The evening entertainment was not the best. Mini disco was hit and miss and mostly foreign so not easy for children not of that language to follow. Would be better with a mix.  They had an act doing traditional dances which wasn't the best. The children tended to play on the outdoor play area and large bean bags and soon made friends. 
People have complained about the guy selling trips being a pest, but if you told him you weren't interested he left you alone. We booked a boat trip with him and it was well organised and good value.
Location is quite quiet but a 2 min walk to the beach where the hotel has free sun loungers. There is an underpass to cross the busy road if needs be, but we didnt use it as the cars eventually stopped to let us cross.
Shops, play areas, fountains and some bars nearby with more about 20 mins walk away, and the town about 40 mins where there's a large selection of markets, shops and restaurants. Also the harbour and castle. Bus stop to town very near to hotel too.
If your holiday is based on how well they cook british food then its not for you. I found this refreshing and one of the plus sides. This goes for the town as well as the hotel. It's not a Brits abroad place full of Irish bars and fry ups. It's Turkey and we all loved it.

The worst hotel in my life. First of all the wi-fi was trash. We paid for the Wi-Fi. They said they will come up and fix it but they never did. The bathroom smells like poop. The food was not good and there flies everywhere. The pool was small and always so cold. Overall never go  to this hotel again. I was suffering alot.
