Overall, the hotel leaves a pleasant impression and justifies its price, but there are several noticeable drawbacks that future guests should be aware of.

🟢 THE POSITIVES: Staff & Service: The staff is responsive, and the reception, bar, and restaurant employees speak English. They are very accommodating — for instance, when strong night winds blew away many guests' hotel towels from the balconies, the staff replaced them for free without any issues. Housekeeping & Room: The cleaning is good, and maids sometimes leave funny towel figures on the bed. Drinking water is restocked regularly (up to two 1.5-liter bottles at a time). There is a very convenient electronic panel for "Do Not Disturb / Clean Room" instead of paper door hangers. The AC works perfectly and effectively cools the main room. Room Amenities: Each room has a small fridge and a TV (with cable channels, though it's not a Smart TV, so no YouTube). Food & Restaurant: The waiters work at lightning speed, clearing empty plates from tables instantly. The food is diverse, and the menu changes daily. There are always several types of meat (chicken, turkey, veal), various side dishes (rice, fries, mashed and baked potatoes), and plenty of fresh salads. Beach & Pool: Free sunbeds, mattresses, and umbrellas are provided at the beach (Sector 6), along with free yellow beach towels. There is a convenient free shuttle to the beach in the morning and back in the afternoon. At the hotel's small pool, there is never a shortage of free sunbeds.

🔴 THE NEGATIVES: ⚠️ DANGEROUS Situation with Allergens: Main dishes only have name tags (with no ingredient lists). Salads rarely have name tags (maybe 2 out of 10), and desserts have NO tags at all. Trying to find out the ingredients from the chef can be unsafe! The chef explicitly told us a certain dessert was "safe" (nut-free), but while eating, we discovered it actually contained nuts. I suspect the desserts are supplied by an outside bakery. Regardless, this is a massive and dangerous oversight for allergy sufferers! Terrible Wi-Fi: This is the biggest technical flaw. The internet worked perfectly on the first day and then completely disappeared everywhere. Even the reception computers went down, causing a lot of inconvenience. In today's digital age, a hotel in a tourist hub should provide stable Wi-Fi as a basic necessity. Weak Entertainment: The website promised 3-4 shows per week, but there were only two modest events during our 7-day stay. The first was a 45-minute show featuring a short belly dance, a local dance group, and a "Bingo" game where the prizes were just discount coupons for a leather/fur shop, followed by a blatant promotional fashion show for that same shop. The second night was just a solo guitarist playing rock covers. Expectations were completely let down. Slow Elevators & High Stairs: Two elevators are technically enough for the number of rooms, but they are incredibly slow, and the long stops on every floor are annoying. If you take the stairs, keep in mind that the steps are unusually high — you have to lift your legs much higher than you normally would in everyday life. Restaurant Seating: During peak hours, it is almost impossible to find a free table for a group of 4+. You have to come towards the end of the mealtime. The outdoor terrace is simply too hot during the day. Bar & Drinks: When ordering lemonades, some bartenders consistently overfill the glasses and do not wipe the sticky edges, leaving guests to deal with it. The juices from the self-service machines are overly concentrated and sickeningly sweet — we had to dilute them with water. Minor Room Breakdowns: The bedside wall lamps are loose and occasionally fall out of their sockets (it's obvious they've been pushed back in many times before). The wall-mounted fan-style drying rack on the balcony is also broken — the mounts are loose, and two out of the four extendable plastic arms constantly fall out. Stuffy Bathroom: The cool air from the AC does not reach the bathroom at all, making it extremely hot and humid inside.

💡 USEFUL TIPS FOR FUTURE GUESTS: Balcony Wind: Secure your clothes tightly on the balcony! Strong winds often pick up at night, and your morning might turn into a quest to find your blown-away laundry. Beach Rules: The beach is about 800 meters away. Staff strictly prohibits bringing outside food and drinks. You can buy water at a nearby cafe if needed. Bracelets: Orange for kids (no alcohol), Green for adults (local alcohol and sodas included). Gym: Very basic, but okay for maintaining shape on vacation (dumbbells, a barbell, a leg machine, and an exercise bike). Keep in mind that the treadmill jammed under my weight.
