This hotel is located directly beside Cleopatra Beach. The centre of Alanya is about 700 m away. Established in 2004, the hotel comprises a total of 215 rooms spread across three buildings. Guests to this air-conditioned hotel are offered a foyer with a lift, a 24-hour reception, a hotel safe, and a currency exchange desk. Further facilities include a hairdresser, a bar, and a restaurant. The rooms come with an en suite bathroom and are well-equipped as standard. Every room features a balcony. The outdoor complex features a swimming pool with a children's paddling area. Guests may also relax in the sauna, swim in the indoor pool, or enjoy a massage. It is also possible to play tennis or billiards as well as try out a range of water sports. Guests may serve themselves from the buffets at breakfast and dinner. At midday and in the evenings guests may also dine from the à la carte menu.

Awful do not go
Awful, rude staff behind reception, rooms filthy, we asked to move due to the dirty rooms and the glass in the balcony which was cracked both sides from top to bottom. Had to argue with staff to even get towels. Food was disgusting no idea what it was never mind about labelling any of due to allergies. They moved us rooms 3 days later. My sons room was the same the patio door didn’t even close properly spoke to manager to be told nothing they can do about that and the room would be safe leaving the door open !!! There air conditioning unit made that much noise they couldn’t use it, next day they moved rooms which a marginal better but then we had rain and the ceiling in there room started leaking all over beds so agin had to move rooms. No entertainment, very dark and smelt of fusty drains. Cats everywhere e en allowed to roam in dinning rooms then found cat poo on the slide to be told the water will wash it down !!!! Beds absolutely rock solid with one pillow and a blanket. Rooms never got cleaned even though we was told the head cleaner had cleaned our room herself but she must have done it with her eyes closed from then on when ever we saw her she was very rude and deliberately barged into us rudely. Overall the hotel is absolutely not even worth 1 star we would have moved but unfortunately we couldn’t find anywhere to accommodate us all together. The only positive is the location is good plenty of bars and restaurants and bang across road from beach. Lady behind the bar is lovely
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Avoid at all costs , reception have an absolute attitude problem after shouting at us infront of our 1 year old and 15 year old child for asking for clean bedding, we where told to use 1 towel a day between 4 of us. 7 days from hell room was not cleaned the full 7 days we where there, we had to find a cleaner to change our beds ourselves the room was filthy 2 rooms we had both absolutely disgusting, the receptionist told us we don’t like English here. Cat droppings all over and left outside of rooms for days even though been asked to be cleaned. No cocktails no kids club no entertainment like advertised the food is absolutely disgusting they go around taking peoples plates and returning the cakes bread off plates back to the buffet the pool wasn’t cleaned the full time we was there was nuts lay at the bottom. You ask for a manager and get told speak to a rep from your holiday we don’t deal with English people here, kids get pushed out the way and told to sit down and not move.

DON’T DO IT !
I stayed at Sultan Sipahi Resort with a couple of friends. The hotel is advertised as a 4-star hotel, but it might just about deserve 2 stars on a good day.
Let me make one thing absolutely clear: the photos of this hotel shown on websites and by travel agencies have nothing to do with reality.
The rooms are worn down, there is mould in the bathrooms, and the dining areas are dirty before breakfast has even started. The food is terrible, and the juice from the machines tastes of absolutely nothing. The entire restaurant is filthy.
There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, food is left sitting around in the hallways, and the general standard of cleaning is honestly a joke.
We complained about my room and bathroom three times. On the fourth day, they finally replaced a hose connected to the toilet — and that was it. Nothing else was done.
We spoke directly to the hotel manager, and his exact response was: “Ask your travel company to move you to another hotel.”
I have no idea who they paid to get their 4-star rating, but if you book a stay here, you are wasting every penny you spend.
Despite having paid for meals at the hotel, we ended up eating all our meals elsewhere. We tried the breakfast three times, but after that we simply weren’t willing to risk our health.
So for God’s sake, find another hotel

Runfrom this hotel if you want a nice vacation
Dirty hotel that doesn't even deserve 2 stars, the pool is ok, otherwise run away from this hotel. The worst experience in my life. Bad food and very dirty.
Avoid avoid avoid!
Avoid at any cost!!! The most terrible and dirty hotel I have ever seen. We had booked 2 family rooms, but got 4 double rooms instead due to overbooking… 2 of the rooms had broken AC, and 2 of the other rooms had no refrigerators. We complained, but no one listened or even cared. They gave us literally 4 dirty and broken rooms. We had booked for 12 nights, but slept there 1 night only. The manager is very rude, food is awful, they never refill, if a dish is gone by 19.30, it’s gone. I will upload pictures, see it yourself. This hotel is NOT a resort, NOT 4 star, and NOT all inclusive….
