Sunprime C Lounge

Just returned from a week’s holiday at the Sunprime C-Lounge Hotel in Alanya, Antalya. We felt we needed to write a review after staying in this hotel. From the moment we got out of our private transfer we were treated like royalty. Immediately one of the reception staff took our suitcases from us, took us to the reception desk where we were immediately and efficiently checked in and then were taken to our room which on arrival and everyday thereafter was immaculately cleaned. The staff without exception were friendly, polite always smiling, professional, attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble. The manageress was very approachable and every time she saw us checked to make sure we were happy and everything was to our satisfaction - we also observed her checking in with many other guests too. The facilities at the hotel are of a very high standard and the spa area offered a wide variety of treatments of which we took advantage of these being massages and the Turkish bath. There was a wide variety of food offered all of a very good quality, high standard and very tasty. The cleanliness throughout the entire hotel cannot be faulted and was of an excellent standard included the private beach and pier areas.

Whilst every member of staff we encountered were fantastic we feel we need to give a special mention to a few individual staff members who are an absolute credit to the hotel. Those being Ramazan who runs the main bar in the evenings and is quick to serve you with a smile and made sure you enjoyed yourself. Ahmet who seems to appear everywhere with a big grin on his face makes sure you are ok and have what you need only to disappear and reappear 5 minutes later when you’re in the restaurant and makes sure you are ok again - a fantastic guy. Ali waiter/bar tender/ drinks waiter who seems to have eyes in the back of his head and would appear when you had nearly finished your drink cheerfully smiling either with another drink for you (he got to know our routine/drinks) or to check if you wanted anything else. He also regularly turned up with a bowl of nuts to make sure you weren’t going hungry. Leyla who predominantly serves in the poolside snack bar but can also be found in the cafe or behind the bar during the day and always has a big welcoming smile and makes sure you are well looked after. Finally Murat who works in the main restaurant and is an absolute diamond who was so attentive polite happy and professional that you simply couldn’t ask for anything more. He was constantly checking we were ok replenishing our drinks when he saw we were nearing the end and clearing our plates and table efficiently. He was also like this with the whole section that he was working.

We had such a good holiday and experience at the Sunprime C-Lounge that we have already booked to return next year. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone and in our opinion would give it a 5* rating.

Another great stay at this hotel in Alanya, this is the first time we have been to the hotel twice in the same year! location is great, transfer time not so good but the hotel,management and worksrs are special and make up for this,very quiet location and great cafe for nice coffee,s and cookies.my wife and i will definately visit again.

We cannot recommend this hotel enough, extremely clean, very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay the best. Fantastic choice of food, catering for all tastes. Good range of local spirits, although not a rum equivalent! Plenty of sunbeds around the pool, so nice that there was no need to worry about getting a sunbed. We spent a lot of our time on the pier, where access to swimming in the sea is very easy via the steps. We are looking forward to visiting again next year
