We enjoyed the stay in this hotel very much and would like to have a rest there again.
I stayed in this hotel with my friend Marina from 7th September to 17th September. The hotel is located in the centre of Alanya in a quiet street. The atmosphere of the hotel is really peaceful and calm. We had superior rooms which have been renovated recentlly. The rooms are cosy and comforable. The price for an all-inclusive stay for 10 days is quite reasonable. The rooms are cleaned up every day. The towels and bedsheets are changed on your request. We lived in block 2. It wasn't noisy at all. The service is excellent. All the staff are polite, friendly and ready to help, especially Huseym, the receptionist who checked us in and out. The hotel amenities include transfer to the beach and backwards, four pools, a restaurant and cafes in every block, a gym and a health spa. In superior rooms there is a shower, a TV set, and even a safe in some rooms. Larissa from Russia

We first came to this hotel in July and returned in September because it was such a nice place staff was lovely always helpful and friendly rooms were cleaned the cleaning staff work very hard as do all the staff they kept all areas cleaned . The entertainment every other day was good there was plenty of bottled water for you to just take with out asking we loved it there the food was lovely the choices for everyone plenty of fresh fruit from the minute we arrived the staff at the desk was very welcoming and friendly and helpful that experience was the same as all staff made you feel definitely would recommend this hotel and will go again for me it is one of the best places iv been in the 4 years we've been going thanks to all staff for making us welcome
Spacious suite and great views, but several things need improvement
We recently stayed at Villa Sunflower and, although we had some enjoyable aspects to our holiday, overall we would rate the hotel 3 out of 5.
Our suite was large and spacious, with a comfortable double bed and single bed. The large balcony was a real highlight, with lovely views of the sea, mountains and pool. The walk-in shower was excellent with a good supply of water, and the bedroom air conditioning was very powerful. However, there was no air conditioning in the living room. The kitchen was functional but, as we were all-inclusive, we didn’t really use it. The fridge freezer was useful for keeping water cold.
The hotel and rooms were generally clean and we had clean towels. We would have preferred a proper sheet rather than just a blanket on the bed, although we could have asked for one.
The food was good, with hot and cold drinks always available. The wines and cocktails were also good. However, some food and desserts weren’t labelled clearly or correctly, which could be confusing. There was also no all-inclusive cocktail menu.
The entertainment was good when it was on, but it was quite limited, with no clear schedule of what was happening each evening. Unfortunately, on our final night the music was extremely loud and continued until late, making it difficult to sleep before travelling home. Had this happened earlier in our holiday, we would have asked to move rooms.
The outdoor dining area is quite small, and we found the chairs particularly uncomfortable. They are very low, so you literally sink into them, especially if you’re shorter, making it difficult to sit properly and eat. The indoor dining area was much more comfortable. Tables were also cleared very quickly, sometimes before we’d finished our drinks.
The pool isn’t particularly deep and felt cold when we first got in. Sunbeds were taken very early, so you need to get up early if you want one. There are also cats around the pool and outdoor dining areas, including underneath the sunbeds.
The beach is around a 20-minute walk away. There is a hotel minibus at set times, subject to availability. The beach is lovely but pebbly, and sunbeds and parasols cost extra.
For excursions, I would recommend shopping around. There are companies directly across the road and we found their prices better than those offered by the hotel reps. We felt there was quite a lot of pressure to book immediately, so don’t feel that you have to decide there and then. If you have mobility problems, check activities carefully before booking as some excursions may not be suitable.
The lifts are small but worked well. Wi-Fi and the room safe also cost extra. The sister hotel around the corner has another pool, bar, massage and spa facilities.
Overall, the large suite, comfortable beds, excellent shower and fantastic views were the main positives for us. However, the uncomfortable outdoor seating, limited entertainment, early sunbed situation, unclear food labelling, extra charges and very loud music on our final night brought the overall experience down to 3/5 for us.

Exceptional SPA experience – Hande & Ebru deserve a special mention
We had a wonderful experience at the hotel SPA and would absolutely recommend it to anyone staying here.
A special thank you to Hande, our therapist, for her professionalism, skill and attention to detail. The treatment was extremely relaxing and she made us feel comfortable from beginning to end. You can immediately tell that she is experienced and genuinely cares about providing a high-quality service.
We also want to give a special mention to Ebru, the SPA manager, who went above and beyond to make our experience special. She was incredibly kind, professional and attentive, and made sure everything was perfect for us. Her level of customer service was exceptional and really stood out.
The SPA itself offers a very relaxing experience, with excellent treatments and genuinely professional staff. What surprised us the most was the fantastic value for money — we paid very little compared with the quality and level of service we received.
If you are staying at the hotel, do not miss the SPA. Hande and Ebru in particular deserve all the praise. They made our experience truly memorable and are a real asset to the SPA.

Best experience in Turkey so far
Very nice, very good food, very good service and friendly staff. The only downside is that the sea is a bit far,however they offer free transportation to Kleopatra beach, but the pools are clean and nice. I recommended it to friends and thinking about going back next year maybe with friends. Huseyn from reception mentioned giving a review on here . I've been on all inclusive holidays in Turkey before, Marmaris and Bodrum, however I can say that this has been my best experience so far !
