Good bustling location
Good bustling location that is in walking distance of many of the interesting parts of Antalya. If, like me, you don’t like being surrounded by tourists in some remote resort. This is a perfect spot for you.
I stayed here a week in September and think it is in a great spot for getting around, weather by walk-in, taxi or catching The frequent buses that stop right outside
Staff were helpful, I slept well in the spacious room, and the huge choices of breakfast and sure you are always set up well for the day
A Very Enjoyable Stay
We stayed 5 nights at the Old Town Point Hotel. The rooms and clean and comfortable and the hotel offers all the services and facilities you would expect. Perhaps the most noticable pluses of the hotel was the friendly and helpful staff and the plentiful breakfasts which, even by the standards of famed turkish breadfasts, were excellent.

Old town point hotel
Very nice hotel with great service and nice staff. Especially room service, offering service straight away and leaving room very nice and clean. A great location with a lot of shops and restaurants close by even after 12.
Worst hotel of my life - not 4 star worthy at all
never give negative reviews however I cannot resist writing one for this hotel . The staff at reception are always so unwelcoming and unhelpful . If you make this terrible mistake of asking them a question, they gaslight you and make you feel awful . The maid did not clean our room two out of seven days and we were left with dirty towels . Our bedsheets were torn and the rooms are dated with no attention to detail . The shower dispenser needs a huge hammer to get that awful shower gel and shampoo out . The spa was nothing but relaxing with poo and skid marks in the toilet bowl, when I questioned the lady if there is another toilet she made me use the dirty toilet which ruined my whole experience , the spa felt so rushed , the masseuse was giving us dirty looks and wanted us gone , didn’t even offer any tea/coffee, Probably the worst 4 star I have stayed in my entire life - bear in mind I have been all over the world . I wonder if they were discriminating because we are brown. For anyone planning to stay here ; my sincere advice is to avoid at all costs staying please . Go and stay elsewhere and have a better holiday. We will never return and will never recommend this hotel ! The guy at the reception desk was incredibly rude and abrupt , his tone was extremely condescending and kept rolling his eyes at us and giving us dirty looks , they have no sense of hospitality whatsoever!!!! Avoid if you can Holiday ruined 😠 The breakfast was cold and stale , with limited options and unhelpful staff giving us dirty looks The double bed was two single beds joined together what a joke , uncomfortable beds with unclean linen.
Room not upto 4* standard
We stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights, and unfortunately it did disappoint. We had a twin bed room on the top floor and the room had several issues: 1. Red stains on the curtains, 2. Uncomfortable beds, 3. Although wide selection at breakfast, the food quality was poor, 4. The pool had a green layer around the top of the water, 5. People working at the spa were rude. However, the aircon worked and was nice, the shower also was good, and the receptionist working between 4pm to late is the nicest person we met on the trip, so it was shame to leave such a poor review on the hotel as he was very accommodating. But, we did not enjoy our overall stay at the hotel and unfortunately we will not be returning if we come back to Antalya.
